The transportation was comfortable and air-conditioned, and we appreciated the early start that helped us beat the afternoon crowds. Our guide was friendly and informative, especially during the brief stop at the Hmong village, which gave us a glimpse into local culture.
Although the village visit was more of a shopping stop than an immersive cultural tour, it was still interesting to browse the handmade crafts. The highlight, of course, was the waterfall. We had plenty of time to explore on our own, enjoy the views, and visit the nearby bear rescue center, which was a pleasant surprise.
We felt that an extra thirty minutes at the falls would have made the visit even better. The toilets at the site were not in the best condition, so bringing your own tissue and hand sanitizer is a good idea. Overall, this was a well-organized trip at a very reasonable price, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable way to visit Kuang Si. Less
