Tour Guide - Excellent. Bow is a very friendly & professional guide, as well as a very nice person. Her driver was also very polite and friendly.

Overall, we are very happy with the tour we did!

Highly recommend!

The tour in Sapa offered an authentic and memorable experience. Our guide was accommodating and introduced us to the local culture and cuisine, making our journey immersive. However, the transportation arrangements were somewhat challenging, impacting our overall enjoyment of the trip.

The hotel in Sapa didn't meet our expectations of a 4-star hotel. The service from the morning receptionist was poor and rude, although the afternoon receptionist was lovely. The food quality was very low, with meals provided without consultation or choice, and the main course served cold. We strongly suggest considering other hotels in Sapa.

However, our tour guide, along with the locals, made our Sapa experience memorable. Their hospitality and insights added depth to our journey. Moreover, the breathtaking scenery of Sapa left a lasting impression on us, making the trip worthwhile despite the hotel's shortcomings.

Sapa is such a wonderful place for trekking. Beautiful landscapes and fresh air!
We not only trek but also got a chance to visit ethnic villages and buy souvenir.
