Booking Policy
Price Includes
- Sightseeing tickets and overnight cruise permit for 2 guests
- Foot soaking service in the cabin
- Cabin accommodation on board with modern facilities and standards for 2 guests
- Cruise manager, crew assistants, and experienced English-speaking tour guide throughout the journey
- Meals as per cruise itinerary
- o 2 days 1 night program: 01 breakfast, 01 lunch, 01 dinner, and 01 brunch
- o 3 days 2 nights program: 02 breakfasts, 02 lunches, 02 dinners, and 01 brunch
- Beverages: 1 bottle of water per person per day and complimentary tea & coffee in the cabin; welcome drink upon boarding and after each outdoor activity. Each cabin is also equipped with an electric kettle, tea, and coffee for guests to make their own drinks
- Onboard and offboard activities as per itinerary: Taichi, rowing boat to visit Dark & Bright Cave, night squid fishing, kayaking, swimming, and Đông Hồ folk painting
Price Excludes
- Transfer to and from the pier
- Beverages on board: Mini bar in the cabin and drinks ordered from the cruise bar menu
- Spa and massage services on board
- Personal expenses not mentioned in the itinerary
Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children below 5 years old: FOC ( sharing bed ). From 02 children under 5 years old: 20% of adult's rate ( sharing bed )
- Children from 5 to under 11 years old: charge 50% of adult rate ( sharing bed ), charge 75% of adult rate ( extra bed )
- Children from 11 years old: same as adult rate

We just came back from an amazing journey on Diana Cruise, and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. As one of the newest cruises in Halong Bay, everything felt fresh, modern, and beautifully designed: spacious cabins, big windows, and a very smooth ride.
The itinerary was well-paced, letting us enjoy Halong Bay without feeling rushed.Every moment felt relaxed and thoughtfully organized.
This ship was modern and beautiful. Our room on the higher deck has a great view of the bay. The staff was so nice, especially during the meal. I felt like at home. Ì you are looking for a luxury cruise to Halong Bay, this one is highly recommended.
