Thanks to Best Price Travel and the amazing Hang Moon. throughout the trip, Moon was with us every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, staying in touch via WhatsApp and ensuring every part of our trip ran smoothly. The itinerary was well organised and balanced, covering all the highlights of Vietnam. Every detail, from airport transfers to hotel check-ins, tours, and internal transport was perfectly timed and stress free. The 4-star hotels we stayed in were fantastic, all including buffet breakfasts that exceeded our expectations. Lunches (when included) were set menus at reputable restaurants, giving us a real taste of Vietnamese cuisine. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, polite, and gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy at our own pace. When our overnight Halong Bay cruise was unfortunately cut short due to bad weather, Best Price Travel quickly organised a private car to return us to our hotel without any delays. A refund was processed for the activities we missed was organised by our agent Moon. This was a hassle free experience, run by honest, professional people who really care about their clients. I am interested in this tour. I assume that we will be picked up and dropped off in the District 1 hotel. We also want to know which boat we will be cruising and maximum people on the boat. As we have some food allergies what sort of food will be provided? Can payment be made by Master card on line.

The dinner cruise will have maximum 200 guest can go and the transfer can pick up around district 1. They will have a buffet option for you so don't worry

At just $39 (USD) per person, we enjoyed an impressive buffet. The car transfer from our hotel was an extra $30, but it was worth every penny. The driver knew the best routes, making the trip from District 1 to 4 and back (about 20 minutes each way) smooth and stress-free.
The cruise took place on the beautifully lit and decorated Indochina Queen. The deck staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. While drinks were extra, they were very reasonably priced. As we set sail, the warm evening air gave way to a refreshing river breeze that felt wonderful. We cruised upstream to the large suspension bridge, then turned around and headed back, enjoying a relaxing 2-hour journey. The live musical entertainment on the stage in the dining hall added a delightful touch, and we had the freedom to roam around the boat, taking in the stunning night-time views of the vibrant city skyline.
Janet made the whole experience even better with her excellent service. Her communication in English was seamless, and she kept us updated with pick-up times and driver information via WhatsApp. Her assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated. Less
