My wife and I recently completed a 12-day tour of Vietnam, travelling from North to South, and it was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Best Price Travel and the amazing Hang Moon. throughout the trip, Moon was with us every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, staying in touch via WhatsApp and ensuring every part of our trip ran smoothly. The itinerary was well organised and balanced, covering all the highlights of Vietnam. Every detail, from airport transfers to hotel check-ins, tours, and internal transport was perfectly timed and stress free. The 4-star hotels we stayed in were fantastic, all including buffet breakfasts that exceeded our expectations. Lunches (when included) were set menus at reputable restaurants, giving us a real taste of Vietnamese cuisine. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, polite, and gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy at our own pace. When our overnight Halong Bay cruise was unfortunately cut short due to bad weather, Best Price Travel quickly organised a private car to return us to our hotel without any delays. A refund was processed for the activities we missed was organised by our agent Moon. This was a hassle free experience, run by honest, professional people who really care about their clients. Hi I will like to check for this 3 days Sapa tour: 1. Does it includes pick up from the sapa express bus station as we will be arriving there from Hanoi in the morning? 2. Additionally, on day 1 is there a place to keep our luggage while on the walking tour as we are transiting straight from Hanoi with our luggages?

1. Bus station of Sapa express located in the town already and very close to most of hotel. You can transfer to hotel on your own.
2. Yes you can keep lugguage at hotel for tour until time come back for check in.

How do we get to sapa train or bus
What place will we stay at
What time we arrive back to sapa if we leave hanoi 15th and back to hanoi 17th

Our guide, Lu, truly brought the tour to life. He shared fascinating insights about the local villages, the crops grown in the region, and even pointed out hidden waterfalls along the way. His knowledge and friendly demeanor made the journey feel enriching and enjoyable.
Before our departure from Sapa, the team advised us to leave early due to potential landslides during the rainy season—a thoughtful precaution. Our driver picked us up at 5:30 PM for our 8:40 PM sleeper train and kindly dropped us at a nearby restaurant where we could relax and stay warm before boarding. It was such a considerate touch that really stood out.
Although the tour included more trekking than I had anticipated, I appreciated the fresh mountain air and the chance to engage with local communities. Sadly, the weather didn’t allow us to visit Fansipan, but the experience was still deeply rewarding.
For those like me who aren't avid trekkers, a two-day tour might be the perfect duration. And if you're traveling around August, don’t forget to bring a raincoat and waterproof, anti-slip trekking shoes—trust me, they’ll make a difference! Less

Earlier, it was also very helpful that the driver dropped us off at a restaurant near the Lao Cai Train Station, where we can stay until we can board our sleeper train

Beautiful town and well organised tour
We really enjoyed the Sapa tour and thought the trips to the villages were excellent. Unfortunately the weather was poor on the 1st day and our guide wasn't that keen to go out in the rain, but he did AND he agreed to take us out later so we could have a sleep when we 1st arrived. We cannot complain about the quantity of food and the hotel staff were very helpful.
