Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children under 4 years old: FOC – FOC Maximum 1 child/2 adults, from the second child charge 50%.

Hanoi - Halong Bay - Luon Cave - Sung Sot Cave - Titop Island

Morning

7:30: You will be transferred from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter to Ha Long International Marina by shuttle bus (book with an additional fee).

10:00 - 10:30: You arrive at Halong International Port. Let's prepare to embark on the mesmerizing voyage of the Amazing Sails Explorer Cruise, where you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes of Halong Bay.

Savor the delightful dishes that will be served at lunch. Take your time to enjoy the awe-inspiring scenery adorned with diverse limestone formations.

Afternoon

Explore the remarkable Sung Sot Cave, a natural karst cave in the middle of the sea that contains not only beautiful stalactites and stalagmites but also the historical and cultural values of prehistoric sea fishermen from thousands of years ago.

Afterward, we explore the natural Luon Cave (water cave) by kayak or a local rowed bamboo boat. This cave is like a gate opening to a wonderland with water and limestone mountains in Halong Bay.

Then, we spend around 1.5 hours on the pretty Titop Island. You can climb to the peak of an expansive viewing deck to catch an awe-inspiring 360-degree view of Ha Long Bay. Then take your time to have a swim and relax on the beach.

It’s time to get back to the Amazing Sails Explorer to enjoy your leisure time. Unwind and admire the sunset on Ha Long Bay while having a tea break.

The meal is well-prepared

The tea break is well prepared by the cruise staff.

17:30 - 18:00: Arrive at Halong International Cruise Port, disembark the cruise, and say goodbye to Halong Bay. Our limousine transfer (extra fee required) is waiting to take you back to Hanoi safely.

19:30 - 20:00: Arrive in Hanoi; we will drop you off at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Thank you so much for choosing us!

Bai Tu Long Bay Route

Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay - Vung Vieng Village - Thien Canh Son Cave - Hanoi

Morning

7:00 - 7:45: Pick-up time for those who book the transfer service (extra fee needed) from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart to Halong Bay.

10:00 - 10:30: Arrive at Halong International Cruise Port and do the check-in process at the waiting lounge. Then you will embark on the Amazing Sails Cruise and travel toward the unspoiled region of Bai Tu Long Bay.

Lunch will be provided as we pass by the breathtaking panorama of hundreds of majestic limestone mountains. After the meal, you may have a nap in your cabin.

Afternoon

Continue your trip to explore the charming Vung Vieng floating village, one of the largest and most picturesque fishing villages in Bai Tu Long Bay. You can kayak or get on a local rowboat to navigate around and see how the locals live amid the sea.

Later, we visit the magnificent Thien Canh Son Cave, a natural karst cave in the middle of the sea that contains numerous beautiful stalactites and stalagmites of all shapes and sizes. Then, you can relax on the white sandy beach nearby with breathtaking scenery.

Return on board for relaxation and sightseeing; this is a great opportunity to watch the breathtaking sunset over the bay and have a tea break.

17:30 - 18:00: Arrive at Halong International Cruise Port, disembark the cruise, and say goodbye to Halong Bay. A limousine transfer is waiting to take you back to Hanoi safely.

19:30 - 20:00: You reach Hanoi; we will drop you off at your hotel or private address. Tour ends.

There were only 5 of us on the boat, and we only saw 4 other boats the entire day. It was a fantastic experience with a very friendly guide and excellent food. You shouldn't expect too much from a "luxury boat"; it was past its prime. But that didn't bother us.

Yes, the tour is more expensive than the regular Halong Bay tours, but it's worth it if you don't want to be part of the mass tourism.
