More than 35 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 34 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 19 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 10 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Day 1Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay - Thien Canh Son Cave

Morning

8:00 - 8:30: A comfortable shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) will pick you up from your central Hanoi hotel and then transfer you to Halong.

Upon arrival at around 11:30 - 11:45, you can check in at the waiting lounge and then board the electric vehicle to travel to Halong Bay International Harbor.

Welcome onboard! The crew will greet you with a complimentary drink and a cruise briefing. Please complete the check-in procedure before enjoying lunch and taking in the breathtaking landscape as the cruise travels to the center of Bai Tu Long Bay.

Afternoon

Explore the well-hidden Thien Canh Son Cave, which is referred to as the fairy scene in the mountains. This cave boasts breathtaking scenery that will surely leave you in awe.

Afterward, head to the stunning Hon Co Island, which features long white sand beaches and tranquil crystal-clear water, perfect for kayaking, sunbathing, and swimming.

Finally, let’s return to the cruise to relax in a mineral seawater pool, indulge in fitness or spa services, and enjoy a drink while taking in the mesmerizing dusk panorama.

Evening

Relish the delectable creations of the cruise’s qualified chefs. After that, unwind at the cabin, play some cards, try your luck fishing for squid, watch a movie, or just relax on the sundeck.

Day 2Vung Vieng Village - Halong International Port - Hanoi

Morning

Start your day by enjoying a light breakfast, a cup of coffee, or tea while admiring the alluring sunrise.

The first leg of our journey consists of a quaint boat rowing trip to the fishing village of Vung Vieng where we get to know the residents and pass by the floating school and fish farms.

After exploration, return to the cruise to pack luggage and process check-out at 9:45 -10:00. Meanwhile, a set menu lunch will be served when the cruise sails back to the port.

Take your time to relish savory foods and reflect on the unforgettable memories during your trip to the sea. We’ll reach the harbor at around 11:30 - 12:00.

Optional: This activity is only available for those who book the transfer service of Indochina Junk.

The expedition continues with a quick detour to Yen Duc Village on the way home—a typical Vietnamese rural community.

Here, you'll get a chance to see the incredible water puppet show put on by local performers and learn about traditional Vietnamese culture.

Your expected arrival time in Hanoi is 16:00. The journey has come to an end.

Transportation

Transport from Hanoi: The company's bus will pick you up at the old quarter of Hanoi at the pre-arranged point from 08:00 to 08:30. If you are traveling by yourself, please be at the pier by 12:00 to check in before boarding the cruise.
Transport from Tuan Chau port: At 12:00, you will depart at Tuan Chau wharf. Guests will enjoy a welcome drink, and the guide will introduce the itinerary and disseminate safety rules on board.

We reserved the Lamour single cabin boat for three nights and two days. We did not know what to anticipate, but WOW. This was above what we could have imagined; our crew was exceptional, and everything exceeded our expectations. We were blown away by the quality of the food we received every day - coursed meals and wonderful beverages. They exceeded our expectations in every way, making our honeymoon really magical and unforgettable. The staff surprised us with a celebration on the last night, which moved us deeply. We were the only guests, therefore we had an excellent experience with the tours/stops you take during your stay. I could not recommend this boat or experience more. The workers who lectured us about history and notable mountains during the boat were also really knowledgeable. We were overjoyed when we went on the Bai Tu Long vs Halong Bay tour; there were no crowds and many fewer boats.

Exceeded our expectations

The entire trip was well-organized, and we particularly enjoyed kayaking in Bai Tu Long. Hotel pickup and drop-off were simple and pleasant. The multi-course meals were delicious, and they handled my family's dietary restrictions and allergies with great care. Our tour guide, Be, answered our questions and shared a wealth of knowledge about the Bay's history and the people who still live in the fishing villages. Being in the "less popular" bay was unquestionably the right decision because it had the same scenery but was not overcrowded with tour boats.
