Thanks to everybody

Our upstream cruise began on September 19th and just grew better as we went along. My companion, Jeannie, and I absolutely loved each day and evening.
The personnel on board were fantastic, always willing to assist, and sometimes just before I needed it (I'm 81), nothing, and I mean nothing, was too much bother, and of course, a huge smile went along with it. Such wonderful weather during the trip.
I hope I have piqued my friends' interest in taking one of your cruises.

Outstanding

The Upper Mekong River cruise from Thailand to Vientiane was our second trip. Once again, we got more than we could have asked for. With only 19 guests on the Laos Pandaw (10 staterooms), there were 18 crew members, which is a rather decent personnel-to-passenger ratio! I would gladly do it again on these ships!

Well worth the wait

We were thrilled to discover that Pandaw has maintained its professionalism and attention to detail. The entire vacation was wonderful. All of the personnel are fantastic and made us feel extremely welcome in this fascinating country. We enjoyed meeting individuals on our rural walks (there were no other tourists in sight).
Oh, and the meal was also excellent!
We are looking forward to another Pandaw journey, maybe soon.

I wholeheartedly recommend this tour

I chose Laos because I enjoy traveling off the beaten track, and unlike Thailand, Laos is still relatively unspoiled. The tour included not just daily visits to remote towns, elephant and bear sanctuaries, and stunning waterfalls that helped me comprehend the nation, but also very pleasant accommodations while traveling along this mystical river. The ship was stunningly lovely, with designer teak decks and ornamentation. It only had ten staterooms, all of which were air-conditioned, making it small enough to get to know everyone on board while also large enough to isolate oneself when necessary. The crew was great. The service on board exceeded all of my expectations; it was not just first-class, but also customized and courteous, with a grin. There was a large selection of high-quality meals with superb presentation.
