About Toum Tiou I Cruise
Erected in the traditional style, the Toum Tiou I was launched in 2002. The cruise's name was inspired by a traditional Khmer tale, Toum and Tiou, the Cambodian version of Romeo and Juliet.
It is the first Cambodian cruise boat with international standard accommodations. It was specially designed in local style: Fully paneled in wood, with charm and comfort details.
Facilities & Deck Plan
With the tasteful decoration of a bygone era, the Toum Tiou has 10 cozy double cabins: 4 on the main deck and 6 on the upper deck with a private shower, a large lounge area, a half-covered bar-restaurant to the rear, and a roof patio. Toum Tiou’s low draft allows it access to the remotest of villages, offering real insights into lively local life along the river banks, which remain almost untouched by the modern world.
You may enjoy your journey with Toum Tiou I Cruise in addition to having 10 spacious accommodations with excellent facilities and spending time there.
Lounge inside and outside
This lovely boat seems small, but it still provides a stunning space for relaxing during the journey on the Mekong River with wonderful lounges and various wines.
Lavish restaurant
Almost all meals in the whole meals is onboard. Therefore, Toum Tiou's restaurant is very lavish and comfortable for you to enjoy Vietnamese and Cambodian cuisine.

The 8-day cruise from Siem Reap to Saigon was what she recommended, and it was amazing. The boat is small but very charming, and the crew made us feel looked after the entire time. We loved the slow pace along the river, stopping at local villages, markets, and temples that we wouldn’t have seen on our own. Overall, a great way to experience the Mekong without the crowds. Less

The boat is smaller and more traditional, which gave the whole experience a cozy, authentic vibe. We loved stopping at local villages, temples, and markets. It felt like we were really getting to know the culture, not just passing through. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and the meals onboard were fresh, tasty, and full of local flavor.

I booked an 8-day trip on the Toum Tiou I with BestPrice Travel from Siem Reap to Saigon.
The itinerary was authentic and just what I was hoping for on such a vacation.
Additionally, the cruise director/guide was not only energetic and personable but also incredibly educated, which made the trip more engaging.
Our travel agent, Rosie was very helpful throughout the whole booking process and answered all questions quickly and thoroughly.
Thanks to her, the trip went super smooth without any hassle.
