Cancellation by Customer
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Cruise Itineraries
Day 1Hanoi - Halong Bay - Titop Island
Morning
A shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) will pick you up at 8:00 - 8:30 from your hotel at Hanoi Old Quarter and get to Halong Bay.
11:45 - 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbour and embark on the Valentine Premium Cruise. Enjoy your welcome drink while listening to the cruise briefing and safety instructions, then get in your cabin.
Savor an excellent buffet lunch as the cruise passes the most well-known sights of the bay: Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Finger Islet, and more.
NOTE: Massage service is available beginning after lunch and throughout the cruise. Please book in advance with your Cruise Manager.
Afternoon
You will have free time to relax after lunch. You may take a nap or complement the stunning landscape of the bay on the sundeck.
Guests will get on a tender to travel to Titov Island. With a beautiful slope, white sand beach, and clear sea water, this place is a "paradise" not to be missed in the journey to discover Ha Long.
Let’s climb to the peak for a breathtaking 360-degree view of the Bay (there is also an expansive viewing deck halfway up). After the climb, you can spend the rest of your time relaxing on the beach or swimming.
In the late afternoon, we'll return to the cruise to relax while the boat sails to the anchor area near Titop Island.
Then, you can participate in our Head Chef's fruit and vegetable carving class. During the course, the chef will demonstrate fruit and vegetable carving, as well as how to decorate and prepare traditional Vietnamese foods.
Evening
A delicious set menu dinner will be served for you in the dining area, then be free for the rest of the day.
You may participate in nightlife activities such as board games and card games, enjoy a massage session, or try your luck with squid fishing.

Day 2Lan Ha Bay - Dark & Bright Cave - Ba Trai Dao Area - Pearl Farm
Morning
Fulfill your energy with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. This is also a perfect time to admire the magnificent sunrise in Halong Bay.
Enjoy a light breakfast served with coffee and tea in the dining room before beginning the morning excursion.
Transfer to the less-touristy and unspoiled Lan Ha Bay and stop at the Dark & Bright Cave area for kayaking for around an hour and a half. After passing through the cave, there is a sea valley surrounded by magnificent mountains that will impress you.
After exploring the pretty cave, you will return on board around midday and have lunch.
Afternoon
Move to Ba Trai Dao Beaches (Three Peaches Beaches), well-known for its crystal water and beautiful white sandy beach. It’s time to unwind by swimming and enjoying the cool air of this beautiful area.
Afterward, get back on the boat to refresh and return to Ha Long Bay to explore other attractions.
You will have about forty minutes at Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum. Here, guests may learn the details of the pearl-making process: how to raise them, harvest pearls, and their business.
Return by tender to the Valentine Premium boat. Rejoin the cruise and relax onboard as we sail to the overnight anchorage. Enjoy your leisure time by drinking at the bar and admire the glorious sunset of the bay.
Evening
Enjoy a delicious meal in the dining room onboard to reward yourself after an active day.
Feel free to join nightlife activities: board games, play cards, massage services, try squid fishing with the crew or relax in your cabin.

Day 3Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave - Hanoi
Morning
If you missed a Tai Chi Class on the second day, let’s participate on the last day, and don't forget to admire the glorious sunrise.
Get ready for the day with some coffee, tea, and pastries before the journey to a wonderful cave in Halong.
Begin The Morning With A Taichi Class
Let’s walk on the 100 steps in the middle of the forest to explore the magnificent Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave). This is one of the most spectacular and largest grottoes of Halong Bay, with numerous stalactites and stalagmites coming from various shapes and sizes.
After the cave journey, we'll return to the lovely Valentine Premium Private Cruise for a refresh and pack your luggage around 9:00 - 9:30. Please leave heavy luggage outside the cabins; our staff will transfer them directly to the pier.
Enjoy a complete brunch in the dining room. Bills are settled after that. Guests may relax on the sundeck or in the dining room, enjoying the bay scenery as we approach the pier.
11:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina. While you wait for your transfer car, you can rest inside the waiting lounge.
Afternoon
Get your transportation from the pier and return to Hanoi (book in the next step with an additional fee). Arrive at your hotel around 14:30 - 15:00. End of services.

The name Valentine was inspired by Valentine's Day to name the boat with the desire to send love and privacy to all tourists staying there. The highlight of 2 orange-yellow sails printed with Valentine's cruise name makes the ship always stand out when traveling at sea.
With two cabins on a very compact 2-story was launched in June 2010. Despite being a small 5-star Halong cruise, but suitable for those looking for a more intimate and private experience with their lover, as one of the first yachts born to serve tourists with their small group travel needs.

Valentine Premium Cruise is suitable for travelers who love quiet and privacy or those who want to relax with a group of friends. The ship has a design with only two compact decks:

Coming to Valentine Premium Cruise, you can enjoy relaxing moments, the beautiful scenery of Halong Bay, and explore famous landmarks here. During the 2 days 1 night cruise, you will be taken to places like Cua Van Village, Luom Bo, and Titop Island.
On the first day on the Bay, you will explore Cua Van village by small bamboo boats rowed by locals. After that, the yacht will anchor at the Luom Bo area so visitors can swim or do whatever they like.
On the second day, you will also be able to swim, swim, sunbathe on the beach, and explore Titop Island.
Kayaking To Admire The Majestic Of Halong Bay
Like other Halong Bay cruises, Valentine offers guests kayaks and paddleboards to paddle to famous landmarks. This experience will be imprinted in the customer's memory of the yacht.

At 12:15, you will depart at Tuan Chau Wharf. Guests will enjoy a welcome drink, and the guide will introduce the itinerary and disseminate safety rules on board.
