My wife and I recently completed a 12-day tour of Vietnam, travelling from North to South, and it was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Best Price Travel and the amazing Hang Moon. throughout the trip, Moon was with us every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, staying in touch via WhatsApp and ensuring every part of our trip ran smoothly. The itinerary was well organised and balanced, covering all the highlights of Vietnam. Every detail, from airport transfers to hotel check-ins, tours, and internal transport was perfectly timed and stress free. The 4-star hotels we stayed in were fantastic, all including buffet breakfasts that exceeded our expectations. Lunches (when included) were set menus at reputable restaurants, giving us a real taste of Vietnamese cuisine. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, polite, and gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy at our own pace. When our overnight Halong Bay cruise was unfortunately cut short due to bad weather, Best Price Travel quickly organised a private car to return us to our hotel without any delays. A refund was processed for the activities we missed was organised by our agent Moon. This was a hassle free experience, run by honest, professional people who really care about their clients. The Halong Bay part was really special. Everything was well organised, and the team on board were friendly and professional without feeling too formal. The boat and cabins were beautiful, and waking up surrounded by the bay was something we won’t forget.
We spent our time just relaxing, enjoying the scenery, and doing a few excursions to caves and quieter spots around the bay. The landscape is just stunning in real life.
The food was also surprisingly good: fresh and nicely presented, better than we expected.
Throughout the trip, the agency was easy to reach and always ready to help, which made things a lot less stressful.
