My wife and I recently completed a 12-day tour of Vietnam, travelling from North to South, and it was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Best Price Travel and the amazing Hang Moon. throughout the trip, Moon was with us every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, staying in touch via WhatsApp and ensuring every part of our trip ran smoothly. The itinerary was well organised and balanced, covering all the highlights of Vietnam. Every detail, from airport transfers to hotel check-ins, tours, and internal transport was perfectly timed and stress free. The 4-star hotels we stayed in were fantastic, all including buffet breakfasts that exceeded our expectations. Lunches (when included) were set menus at reputable restaurants, giving us a real taste of Vietnamese cuisine. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, polite, and gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy at our own pace. When our overnight Halong Bay cruise was unfortunately cut short due to bad weather, Best Price Travel quickly organised a private car to return us to our hotel without any delays. A refund was processed for the activities we missed was organised by our agent Moon. This was a hassle free experience, run by honest, professional people who really care about their clients. During our Mai Chau tour, our guide was the best! She knew a lot and spoke many languages. She was patient and answered all our questions. The staff at our place were friendly too and made us feel welcome. But getting around was a bit hard sometimes, which made things less fun.
The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to soak in the stunning views and interact with the friendly locals in Mai Chau.
The guide in Mai Chau was friendly and could communicate well in English. The accommodations in Mai Chau was good overall.
The itinerary was well thought out and organized. The guide was friendly, helpful, and proficient in English. While she lacked enthusiasm for her job, she still performed well overall. However, she didn't quite reach the same exceptional level as some of the other guides. Our stay in Mai Chau was also cozy and warmly.
It was a very enjoyable trip, with plenty of time to rest and have free time between travelling to different places. We had a wonderful time, and we contribute it to your wonderful organisational skills and the amazing tour guides/ drives. We hope that all the tour guides and drivers, and travel agent are paid well or reimbursed well for their exceptional services. Our travel agent, Linh was also exceptional. She was very patient, answered all our concerns honestly, and helped personalised our trips to our needs and interests. We were pleasantly surprised that she met us in person on our first day. She was both thoughtful, and easily contactable from the time we planned our trip and throughout the trip itself. We are glad that we booked our trip through Best Price Travel. Next time, we would make plans to have more hands-on involvement, such as learning how to plant rice in the fields or learning how to make silk lanterns. Less
The Mai Chau was also very good. The hotel was good, the food excellent & the guide was fantastic
However we didn't think it was such good value. We felt the price should be similar to the Halong Bay cruise.
