My wife and I recently completed a 12-day tour of Vietnam, travelling from North to South, and it was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Best Price Travel and the amazing Hang Moon. throughout the trip, Moon was with us every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, staying in touch via WhatsApp and ensuring every part of our trip ran smoothly. The itinerary was well organised and balanced, covering all the highlights of Vietnam. Every detail, from airport transfers to hotel check-ins, tours, and internal transport was perfectly timed and stress free. The 4-star hotels we stayed in were fantastic, all including buffet breakfasts that exceeded our expectations. Lunches (when included) were set menus at reputable restaurants, giving us a real taste of Vietnamese cuisine. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, polite, and gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy at our own pace. When our overnight Halong Bay cruise was unfortunately cut short due to bad weather, Best Price Travel quickly organised a private car to return us to our hotel without any delays. A refund was processed for the activities we missed was organised by our agent Moon. This was a hassle free experience, run by honest, professional people who really care about their clients. The bus just pick up around Hanoi Old Quarter so if you want to take the bus you have to go to the meeting point for bus pick up

You should book a private transfer , it'll be cheaper than book the whole van. With private transfer they will pick you up at any hotel in Hanoi

No, our bus only pick up & drop off at old quarter, you can move to city center to take the bus in early morning. Our bus leave at 8:00 AM, so you can leave your hotel at 7:00.

We booked BestPrice Travel for transportation from Hanoi to Halong Bay and returned. We couldn't have been happier with the service. Janet stayed in close touch with us, and the driver arrived on time. Our elevator broke down in the morning, so Janet phoned the driver and told him to wait for us to exit. Overall, I am quite pleased with the service.
It's good quality and the driver and guide on the bus that is very good at take care the clients. Good services!
