I want to express my sincere thanks to my travel consultant, Ms Mia Nguyen for her exceptional support from the moment we booked the tour until the final day. She checked on us regularly, always made sure we were doing well, and replied to every message with genuine care. Knowing she was only a call away made us feel completely safe and supported throughout the trip. I truly appreciate everything she did. Vietnam offered so many memorable moments. The boat trip in Ninh Binh was exciting, and the visits to temples and pagodas in Hanoi were fascinating. The Halong Bay cruise had a touch of comfort and elegance, and the massage service on board was excellent. Caving on Cat Ba Island the following morning was also an enjoyable experience. The nightlife and the visit to Cat Cat Village in Sapa were both unique highlights. We unfortunately had to skip the trekking to the ethnic villages because of a stomach issue that day, but perhaps that will be a good reason to return.

Honestly, everything was good. We have no complaints.
We do however suggest that the program be updated to correctly reflect what must happen on the day we travel to Sapa. The hotel staff also didn't have information about us so they couldn't understand what we were saying due to language barrier.
Everything else was wonderful and we had such a beautiful experience.
Lot's of check in and check out.
I do think that the trip would be a much better experience if for example we start in Sapa then once we are back on Hanoi, the long distance travel is out of the way but maybe this is just a personal preference.

1. They provided us with many options to choose from, including different budgets, accommodation levels, clear schedules, and detailed pricing.

2. They were extremely flexible and always available to answer my questions, even on weekends. When we needed to adjust our plans about three weeks before the trip, Miss Moon handled everything calmly and efficiently.

3. Both advisors were patient and easy to communicate with, even though there were moments when we felt a slight language barrier.

4. The itinerary was customized thoughtfully, especially since we were traveling with my 80-year-old mother. Everything was arranged with great care.

5. The guides were well informed about our family’s needs and made the entire experience very comfortable.

6. Our Halong Bay cruise was canceled due to an approaching storm. Miss Moon informed us two days in advance, helped us reorganize the plans, and even arranged an extended stay in Sapa along with new hotel bookings in Hanoi.

7. I had requested a birthday cake for my mother at our second hotel in Sapa, but due to the last-minute booking they could not prepare one. Miss Moon personally ordered a special cake for her, which made us very happy.
