Mañana
Alrededor de las 08:00, el barco del Mekong Ecolodge le recogerá en el muelle turístico de Cai Be para iniciar una aventura auténtica en el Delta del Mekong, llena de actividades divertidas para toda la familia.
La primera parada es el mercado de Cai Be y el Pueblo Artesanal de Dulces Com (Com Candy Craft Village), donde los niños podrán emocionarse viendo cómo se elaboran los tradicionales caramelos y probar los dulces recién hechos.
Luego, visitaremos una colmena de abejas, donde descubrirán el fascinante mundo de las abejas mientras disfrutan de una taza de dulce té de miel.
Después, viajaremos a la Isla Tan Phong para vivir el turismo de jardín y recorrer huertos de frutas locales como durián, rambután, longan, jaca, entre otras. También participarán en un intercambio de música folclórica en el jardín con artistas locales, acompañados de una taza de té y frutas de bienvenida por parte de los anfitriones.
Navegaremos por un pequeño canal alrededor de la Isla Tan Phong hasta llegar al Mekong Ecolodge, donde harán el check-in, almorzarán y descansarán.

Deje que sus hijos exploren el terreno del lodge, disfrutando de sus huertos de frutas y coloridos jardines florales. Aquí, los huéspedes pueden recoger y probar frutas frescas directamente del árbol, como manzanas, guayabas, cóc (fruta tropical agridulce típica de Vietnam) y jaca To Nu (un tipo de jaca en vietnamita).
Alrededor de las 16:00, prepárese para una experiencia única y emocionante, perfecta para familias con adolescentes.
Primero, prueben la pesca con las manos golpeando el agua, como lo hacen los lugareños, una actividad divertida y llena de adrenalina que requiere trabajo en equipo. Luego, pase al jardín para recoger verduras frescas que usarán en la cena.
Después, cocinen junto a nuestro chef del Mekong Ecolodge utilizando las verduras y el pescado que han atrapado. Finalicen el día con una deliciosa cena tras una jornada llena de actividades.

Our trip to Vietnam was amazing from start to finish. She took the time to understand our needs and planned a well-balanced holiday for my family that stayed within our budget. Throughout the trip, she offered helpful advice and great suggestions for activities and places to eat.
All our tours and transfers went smoothly, and the service felt effortless. Our guides were excellent, especially Tom in Hanoi, who was friendly and knowledgeable. Hailey stayed in touch during the whole vacation to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with the arrangements. She was always quick to respond and happy to assist with any questions.
Thanks to Hailey’s planning, the trip was truly memorable. My children enjoyed every single activity, and it was clear the itinerary was thoughtfully tailored to us. Out of all the places I’ve traveled, Vietnam really stands out. The warm people, rich culture, incredible food, and stunning scenery make it an ideal destination for families. And the coffee? Absolutely amazing.

I traveled with my wife and our 3-adult children. We were very pleased overall with the tour. We had private drivers and private guides throughout the trip. The highlights were the excursions to the countryside. The trip by boat to the Mekong Delta outside Ho Chi Minh and stay at the ecolodge was wonderful.… MásI traveled with my wife and our 3-adult children. We were very pleased overall with the tour. The trip by boat to the Mekong Delta outside Ho Chi Minh and stay at the ecolodge was wonderful. We loved the rooms and atmosphere at the ecolodge. The trip to the ecolodge outside Hue and trip on the fishing boat was also wonderful. Both of these excursions included fun bicycling, visits with local crafts people, and genuine warmth and hospitality by the people we met along the way. The Halong Bay boat accommodations and tour guide (his name was Sunday) were another highlight. The cruise and kayaking was so beautiful and fun. We also especially enjoyed the motorbike tours in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi. The walking food tours and cooking classes were good. So much yummy food! The airport pickup drivers, motorbike drivers, and local tour guides and drivers were always on-time, friendly, and accommodating. Our only criticism was the hotels. We stayed at 4-star hotels. The hotels were fine, but we wanted more charm and more of a boutique feel. I don’t know if the 5-star hotels would have been much better, but we needed more clarity on the hotels. The breakfast buffets at each location were generally good, with lots of choices, though the buffet at the property in Hanoi seemed a step-down compared to the others. The tour guides in each city were knowledgeable and aimed to please, though some spoke clearer English than others (Robin in Hue stood-out as extraordinary). Overall, it was a great trip at a very fair, reasonable cost. Everything was as promised from beginning to end with no shortcuts or changes to the detailed itinerary. Thank you!! Menos
