If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
Morning
08:00 - 08:30: The pick-up time for those who book the transfer service (extra fee needed). Travel from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Tuan Chau Harbor.
11:30 - 12:00: Arrive at the cruise's exclusive lounge. Then, guests will transfer to the Calista Cruise. Upon getting on board, listen to a briefing about itinerary details and safety instructions. Guests will complete check-in, receive their keys, and relax in their cabins.
Then, savor a carefully curated gourmet menu at the elegant restaurant. Guests can indulge in exquisite dishes while enjoying the open-air ambiance and admiring the iconic landmarks of Halong Bay, such as Finger Islet, Hoa Cuong Village,...
Afternoon
Next, you’ll explore the spectacular Sung Sot Cave, the most iconic grotto in Halong Bay. Wander through its vast chambers, where dramatic stalactites and stalagmites form incredible shapes, each corner offering a new surprise, true to its name, “Sung Sot” (Surprise).
Afterward, we will visit the magnificent Luon Cave with its surroundings revealing unique and distinctive flora and scenery. You may discover the area by kayaking or sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by locals.
Afterward, we get back to Calista Cruise and unwind as the sun sets. You can indulge in an Afternoon Tea or your favorite drink at the bar, take advantage of the Happy Hour, or join a Vietnamese cooking demonstration.

Delight in a set menu dinner featuring Halong's finest specialties. You can admire the panoramic views of Heritage Bay while enjoying music. Then it will be leisure time for board games, relaxation, massage, or night squid fishing,...

Morning
You can begin your day by sightseeing the gorgeous sunrise on the sundeck, embracing the gentle scenery before enjoying a warm breakfast, featuring bread, pho, etc.
Today, we will depart on a day boat to the off-the-beaten-path areas of Bai Tu Long Bay, passing by pristine spots like Dau Nguoi, Yen Ngua area, Con Voi Islet, etc
Travelers start the trip to explore the magnificent Thien Canh Son Cave, an untouched, enchanting cave with various stalactites of all shapes & sizes, before enjoying free time on the beach next to the cave.
Afterward, we return to the day boat for a nice lunch as the ship travels to the Cong Do area.
Afternoon
Continue cruising past Thay Cave, Con Vit Islet, and stop at Vung Vieng Fishing Village, where you experience a bamboo boat ride around the floating houses and explore the local aquaculture farming area.
Then, return to the Calista Cruise to unwind. Find your perfect spot at the Calista Breeze Bar to admire the stunning sunset over the bay. You can have drinks during the Happy Hour or join the cooking class.
Evening
Guests may savor a delectable set dinner featuring a variety of seafood, meats, and vegetables, all prepared to perfection. Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of the bay.
After that, you can freely participate in various activities: play board games, enjoy a massage experience, go night squid fishing, or relax in the pool.

Using a day boat for travel on the 2nd day
Morning
Wake up and breathe in the fresh air, or join the Vovinam/Tai Chi class if you like. Later, have a light breakfast to fill your energy for the day.
Another exciting stop awaits is Titop Island. Here, visitors can soak in the clear, turquoise waters on the natural beach or take on the challenge of hiking to the summit. From the top, you'll be greeted with a stunning panoramic view of Halong Bay.
Return on board to relax, then prepare for check-out and settle any remaining charges at the reception on the 1st floor around 9:30. Later, we will have a special brunch featuring a live chef performance, the first of its kind in Halong Bay.
11:00: It's time to disembark from the Calista Cruise, get off the cruise ship, and say goodbye to the crew team. You can wait for your transportation (book with an extra fee) in the waiting lounge in Tuan Chau Harbor.

After approximately a 3-hour drive, we reach your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Let's drop off around 14:30. This is the end of your trip.

After dinner, try your hand at squid fishing with guidance from the crew. Equipment is provided, and if you’re lucky, you can catch some squid (Squid season typically runs from July to August).

With Calista Cruise, guests will indulge in a refined culinary journey blending traditional Vietnamese cuisine with contemporary international influences. All dishes use fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The menus are rotated across each meal to ensure variety. The experienced kitchen team can accommodate a variety of dietary needs, including vegetarian, kid menu, gluten-free, or allergy-specific menus when notified in advance.

The usual time for breakfast is 06:45 or 7:15, 13:00 for lunch, 19:00 for dinner, and 09:30 for brunch on the last day.

For a seamless start to your journey, you can order a limousine transfer service from Hanoi (extra fee needed). Pick up time from 8:00 - 8:30. The journey takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours and is conducted in a 9-seat D-Car Limousine, equipped with leather reclining seats, charging ports, air conditioning, and complimentary bottled water.
Departing from Tuan Chau Port
For guests who prefer to make their way, please plan to arrive at Lounge No. 37 – Tuan Chau International Marina, Ha Long City, before 11:30 to allow time for check-in and to ensure you do not miss the scheduled tender boat transfer to Calista Cruise.

GermanyWe’ve been really busy these past few days, so here’s our feedback. The transfer to the ship was generally quite good. What we didn’t understand, however, was a short 200-meter transfer to the actual bus that took us to the cruise. That van was extremely dirty, and our backpacks were just thrown inside… the bus itself was very comfortable and luxurious. However, the window was broken and provisionally covered, which wasn’t very pleasant since we had to sit right next to it. Also, the seat adjustment was broken, and my girlfriend had to lie down the whole time. Without these two issues, the bus would have been perfect, but it was fine overall :) We really enjoyed the ship itself and would recommend it.
