Here is our detailed feedback: Room quality: Very good! We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony, which was beautiful. The only small downside was that the towels had some stains on them despite being washed. Thank you for checking in with us. We hope this feedback helps you and your team! Best regards,

De communicatie verliep uitstekend, en Janet hield ons uitstekend geïnformeerd over alles. Zodra we aan boord waren, ontvingen we een upgrade en verbleven we in een van de twee grotere hutten op het achtersteven van de boot. Dat was een geweldige verrassing. Aan boord word je echt verwelkomd en alles is uitstekend geregeld. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van deze tour en we willen Janet ontzettend bedanken voor de uitstekende service!

Just went back to the room and sat on my phone for an hour which was a shame. * Food quality: 9/10. All tasted good, sometimes a little slow on having it ready when they called you for serving. * Tour guide attitude: 10/10. The staff and guide were all very kind; I couldn't find anything wrong with them. * Transfer service: 7/10. Driver was great (no faults) but limo was dated (broken headrest / broken net pouch / broken air con fan) and the stop at the gift shop was way too long. Only other thing that would be good is if after activities e.g. morning kayak, there was water / drinks waiting on the tender boat as you're instantly thirsty after that stuff. Hope that helps.
