Our first day in Hanoi begins with your arrival at Noi Bai Airport, where you will be warmly greeted and transferred to your hotel. You will have free time once you check in to explore the city. You might decide to simply relax and take in the local vibe or stroll across Ta Hien Street, known for its active nightlife.

In the evening, you will have plenty of options to experience Hanoi’s charm on your ơ. Whether you decide to stroll along the Old Quarter or try out local delicacies, Hanoi will offer you an exciting start to your adventure. After a busy day, you will return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

On Day 2, our friendly tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Following a brief orientation, you will assemble at a prearranged location to be ready for the trip. You will get vital safety guidelines to guarantee a seamless and fun trip while savoring great egg coffee.

The first visit will be the intriguing window into Hanoi history provided by the over-a-century-old historic Long Bien Bridge. From there, you will travel to Banana Island, sometimes known as The Jungle, where you will encounter nature and learn about the life of the homeless in the capital of Hanoi.

You will then circle Hoan Kiem Lake, appreciating its peace. After that, you will go to St. Joseph's Church, a little architectural wonder in the French Quarter. You will then be riding on, passing well-known sites such as Ba Dinh Square, the presidential palace, and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

After a busy morning of cycling and sightseeing, we will enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch, giving you a chance to taste local flavors. Finally, our driver will return you to your hotel, completing a fascinating half-day tour of Hanoi's beauty.

Morning

Our day will begin with your guide meeting you at your hotel between 07:10 and 08:00. Afterward, we will set off on a 120 km bus journey through lush green landscapes. You will enjoy a short stop on the way to stretch and relax before reaching Hoa Lu by 10:30.

In Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam, you will visit King Dinh and Le Temple, two historic sites that date back to the 11th century. As you explore the ruins, you will notice how they blend with the surrounding natural beauty, creating a mystical atmosphere. The scenery here will surely capture your imagination.

At 12:00, you will be treated to a delicious buffet lunch at a local restaurant, where you can savor the intense flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.

Afternoon

After lunch, we will continue to Tam Coc for an unforgettable boat trip along the Ngo Dong River. You may feel amazed by the towering karst hills and the peaceful rice fields surrounding you.

By 13:00, we will board traditional sampan boats, rowed by locals, to glide along the river. The boat ride will pass through Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba, offering breathtaking views. Finally, we will enjoy a leisurely bike ride around local villages before catching the shuttle bus back to Hanoi at 16:30. You will be dropped off at your hotel by 18:30.

Morning

Day 4 starts after breakfast when a driver picks you up at 08:00 for the transfer to Halong Bay. Upon arrival, the friendly cruise staff will assist with check-in and welcome you aboard with a refreshing drink.

Around noon, you will receive a brief introduction to the cruise and safety guidelines. As the ship sets sail, you can enjoy a delightful lunch while taking in the bay’s breathtaking views.

Afternoon

Your adventure begins with exciting activities like kayaking through hidden caves or swimming in the bay's emerald waters. These moments will let you connect with the serene beauty of Halong Bay.

Back on board, you might join a cooking class to learn how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. Alternatively, you can relax on the sundeck with a cocktail during Happy Hour, which offers a “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” deal.

As evening falls, a delicious dinner awaits at the cruise restaurant, showcasing local flavors. Later on, you might enjoy onboard activities, including night movie viewing or squid fishing. The bar and karaoke lounge create a nice environment if you want a more subdued time. Fluent in English, the crew will make sure you are at ease during the trip.

On the morning of your cruise, you can join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck to ease into the day with gentle movements and mindful breathing. If you prefer to sleep in, breakfast will be available later at your convenience.

The ship will then take you to discover another stunning corner of Halong Bay, where limestone cliffs rise gracefully from the water. Then you will return to the ship to pack and prepare for check-out.

You will have a great brunch on board as the cruise returns to the port and savor the calm splendor of the bay one last time.

Afternoon

Our driver will meet you at about midday to return you to Hanoi. Once you get to your Old Quarter hotel, you will have free time to unwind or explore its little lanes. Before you leave for the airport, this is your opportunity to savor the last hours of Hanoi.

Later, you will fly to Hoi An, where our driver will welcome you upon arrival. The journey to this tranquil town will set the tone for the next part of your adventure. Hoian’s lantern-lit streets and rich heritage will leave a lasting impression, offering a perfect mix of history and charm as you step into this new destination.

Our day begins at 08:00 with a walking tour starting from your hotel. We will wander through the winding alleys near the Thu Bon River, where the timeless allure of Hoi An Ancient Town comes alive.

The serene ambiance and vibrant lanterns will transport us to a bygone era. As we stroll, we may notice the unique blend of cultures that define this enchanting place.

Next, we will visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, a symbol of Hoi An’s rich history. Here, you can learn about the stories of Japanese immigrants who once settled in this region during the 17th century. Our next stop is a place of worship for Chinese settlers from Fujian Province called Fujian Assembly Hall. The intricate carvings and spiritual ambiance will leave a lasting impression on us.

You will then make your way to the busy wet market, a hive where residents congregate daily. This is the ideal location to observe fresh vegetables, spices, and local items up close as well as to feel the vivid vitality of Hoi An. Before wrapping up, you will return to the Old Town to browse handmade souvenirs.

Our morning adventure will end when we say goodbye to our guide at 12:00. Remembering the meandering lanes and cultural gems of Hoi An will help you to value the unique character of this old town.

On day 7, your adventure starts with a visit to the Hoi An market. Here, you will discover a variety of exotic products, their role in Vietnamese cooking, and their healing properties. You will gain insight into local ingredients that are essential in traditional recipes and get a taste of the vibrant culture.

Next, you will hop on a boat for a 40-minute ride along the Thu Bon river. This will bring you to a quaint village on the delta where you will begin your cooking class. Under the shade of coconut trees, you will learn traditional techniques for preparing rice and making rice paper, marinated pork skewers.

Afternoon

After enjoying the meal you have prepared, it will be time to get active. You will set off on a bicycle ride through the countryside, moving from island to island. Along the way, you will stop at various spots to explore local life, such as seeing how rice alcohol is made and watching the creation of traditional basket boats.

As the day progresses, you will also learn about hand-woven mats used for mattresses. This hands-on, enriching experience includes trying out the basket boat on the river. This is a great opportunity to see how locals live and work in the peaceful countryside.

After breakfast at your hotel in Hoi An, take some time to relax or explore the ancient town at your own pace. You may enjoy a final stroll through the lantern-lit streets or shop for local handicrafts and tailor-made outfits. At the scheduled time, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to Da Nang International Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, our driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel in the city center. After check-in, you’ll have free time to relax or begin exploring the bustling streets of Saigon, where French colonial buildings, vibrant markets, and trendy cafes await.

Spend the evening at your leisure. You may choose to enjoy a rooftop dinner with views of the Saigon skyline, discover the local street food scene, or unwind in your hotel after the short flight and travel day.

The trip begins with a pick-up from your accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City at 08:00. We will take a 2-hour drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels, where you can enjoy the serene scenery along the way. Once we arrive, you will be amazed by the ingenious design of this underground network used during the war.

At the Cu Chi Tunnels, you will watch a brief introduction film that explains the history of these tunnels. Afterward, you will have the chance to explore this "secret city" and navigate through its vast network. The tunnels played a crucial role as hiding spots and supply routes for the Vietnamese army during the war.

After the tunnel search, we will have a short lunch sampling some regional delicacies. Before our next stage of our trip in Ho Chi Minh City, this will allow you time to unwind and refuel. The cuisine might have some flavors distinctive to the region, leading to a lasting culinary experience.

Afternoon

Then we will start our city tour with a visit to the Old Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral, two landmarks of French colonial architecture. You will marvel at their beauty and historical significance, with the cathedral being the largest Catholic church in Vietnam. These sites offer excellent photo opportunities.

Next, we will visit the Reunification Palace, an architectural fusion of modern and Asian styles. The visit here may provide you with valuable insights into the city’s history. Afterward, we will stop by the Remnants Museum and Ben Thanh Market, wrapping up our tour with an enriching exploration of local culture and history.

Day 13 begins with a scenic boat ride to the Cai Be floating market. The vibrant atmosphere may leave you amazed as boats exchange goods in a timeless tradition. We will then head to the Com candy craft village, where you can learn how candy is made and taste freshly baked treats. A visit to a bee farm will let you explore honey production and enjoy a soothing cup of tea.

Next, we sail to Tan Phong Island. You might feel delighted tasting fresh fruits like durian, rambutan, and jackfruit. At a local house, you will experience garden folk music and sip tea with seasonal fruits. A serene dinghy ride will take you through the island’s picturesque canals. Arriving at Mekong Ecolodge, you will check in, enjoy lunch, and relax for a while.

Afternoon

In the afternoon, you will explore the Mekong Ecolodge campus surrounded by colorful flower gardens and fruit trees. Around 16:00, you may try "slapping the ditch," a fun way to catch fish like locals. Afterward, you will pick fresh vegetables from the garden. These activities prepare you for a hands-on cooking session with our chef, crafting meals from your gathered ingredients.

On day 14, get ready for an authentic cultural experience as you receive bicycles for an exciting exploration of Tan Phong Island. We will visit a local house where you will be introduced to the art of making rice paper rolls, a favorite Vietnamese snack. You may even get a chance to try making your own.

After that, we will head to another friendly local home where you will learn the craft of hammock weaving. Using banana rope, you might feel amazed by the skill involved in creating these traditional hammocks. It’s a perfect opportunity to try weaving your own.

Making jackfruit leaf cakes will be a fun and practical experience to round up the day. This cooking class will enable you to savor your creations and investigate the tastes of nearby products. Following that, we will return to Hiep Duc Ferry via ferry about 12:00 and subsequently get to Ho Chi Minh City. You will have plenty of time to relax or prepare for your departure.

After breakfast at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, enjoy some free time to relax or explore nearby attractions such as Ben Thanh Market or the Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica.

Depending on your flight schedule, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia.

Arrive at Siem Reap International Airport, where our local driver will warmly welcome you and escort you to your hotel. After check-in, you can unwind or take a light walk around the charming town, known for its bustling night markets and riverside cafes.

Spend the evening at your leisure. Consider sampling authentic Khmer cuisine at one of Siem Reap’s many cozy restaurants to kick off your Cambodian adventure.

At 07:00, meet your local tour guide at your hotel for a short briefing on the day’s itinerary and safety instructions.

After receiving your bike and helmet, begin your cycling journey on peaceful, less-traveled roads toward the West Gate of Angkor Thom. This scenic route offers a glimpse into authentic local life, with traditional wooden stilt houses and lush countryside vistas.

Your first major stop is the majestic Bayon Temple, famous for its 216 serene stone faces of the bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara. Continue your cycling adventure to the jungle-clad Ta Prohm Temple, where ancient trees intertwine with centuries-old stone walls, made famous by the film Tomb Raider.

Afternoon

Enjoy a traditional Khmer lunch at a local restaurant beside the tranquil royal bathing pool of Srah Srang.

After a relaxing break, hop back on your bike and head to the grand finale of the day: the magnificent Angkor Wat, a 12th-century architectural masterpiece and symbol of Cambodia. Explore its elaborate bas-reliefs and awe-inspiring towers while your guide shares insights into its history and symbolism.

After completing your exploration of Angkor Wat, your cycling tour concludes. A Tuk Tuk will take you back to your hotel, giving you time to rest and reflect on a day filled with cultural discovery and adventure.

At 07:30, our tuk tuk driver will pick you up from the hotel and drop you off at the Kulen Elephant Forest office in downtown Siem Reap, where their shuttle will take you on a one-hour drive to the Kulen Elephant Forest.

Once at the reserve, you will spend time learning about elephants as you follow them through their natural habitat, observing their relationships and behaviors.

This tour will include an introductory briefing, elephant meet and greet, observation trek (2km), make enrichment, and watching the elephants play by the pond, then end up with a Khmer-style lunch and cocktails.

After lunch, we will transfer you back to the Siem Reap office, and your tuk-tuk driver will transfer you back to your hotel.

The trip will come to an end today as we transfer you to the airport for your departure. You will have time to reflect on the many moments of discovery, from cycling through local villages to learning new crafts.
