Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, where you’ll be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel.

After check-in, take some time to settle in and relax. The rest of the day is yours — you might like to head out for a wander nearby or just take it easy at the hotel.

Evening

In the evening (around 18:00 – 18:30), get ready for a join-in motorbike food tour — a great way to experience the city after dark.

Start with a stop at a rooftop bar for a drink while taking in the sunset and city views. From there, head out through the streets, including a visit to the flower market, where you’ll get a glimpse of local life at night.

Along the way, you’ll try a range of local dishes, including BBQ and other Vietnamese favourites.

The ride also takes you past some of the city’s modern landmarks, as well as along the Saigon River and through Chinatown, giving you a mix of old and new.

The tour wraps up around 22:00, after which you’ll head back to your hotel to relax.

Morning

After an early breakfast, meet your guide around 07:30 and head out to the Cu Chi Tunnels (around a 2-hour drive).

On arrival, you’ll get a short introduction and watch a brief film about the history of the tunnels during the Vietnam War.

Then head in to explore parts of the tunnel network, which were used by the Viet Cong. You’ll have the chance to walk through some sections and get a feel for what conditions were like at the time.

You’ll also try a simple local snack — tapioca and tea — which was commonly eaten during the war.

If you’re interested, there’s an optional stop at the firing range (extra cost), where you can try out some of the equipment used during that period.

Afternoon

After the visit, transfer back and make your way to the airport for your flight to Da Nang.

On arrival, you’ll be picked up and transferred to Hoi An. Check in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your own pace - you might like to head out for a wander or just relax.

Enjoy a slow morning at your own pace — relax at the hotel, grab a coffee, or head out for a wander around town.

Afternoon / Evening

Around 15:00, head out on a half-day food tour by bicycle.

You’ll ride through different parts of Hoi An, stopping along the way to try a range of local dishes. Expect a mix of flavours, including white rose dumplings, fried wontons, beef noodle soup, banh mi, Vietnamese coffee, and a few more local favourites. There’s also the option to try balut if you’re feeling adventurous.

Along the way, you’ll visit a few interesting spots, including the rice fields and Tra Que Vegetable Village, as well as Chuc Thanh Pagoda — the oldest pagoda in town.

There are several food stops throughout the tour, giving you a good mix of local flavours and a bit of insight into the region’s food culture.

The tour usually wraps up around 19:00.

NOTE:

• Please have a light lunch before joining this tour. Any special dietary needs should be mentioned at the time of booking. (If you are a vegetarian, do let us know if you can eat fish sauce, eggs, etc.)
• When you ride, you can pretty much wear whatever you want. Women should NOT, however, wear short dresses or skirts.

You might want to spend the day wandering through the old town, checking out local shops, stopping in at cafés, or sampling more of the local food along the way. It’s a great place to take things slow and just soak up the atmosphere.

After breakfast, transfer to Da Nang train station for your journey to Nha Trang.

The train ride takes around 9 hours, so it’s a good chance to sit back, relax and enjoy the changing scenery along the coast.

On arrival in Nha Trang, transfer to your hotel, check in and take it easy for the rest of the day.

Today is yours to enjoy Nha Trang at your own pace.

You might like to spend the day by the beach, go for a swim, or just relax and take it easy. There are plenty of cafés and seaside spots around if you feel like heading out.

Enjoy a relaxed day at your own pace - you might like to spend it by the beach, head out for a coffee, or just take it easy at the hotel.

Evening

In the early evening (around 17:00 - 21:00), head out on a guided street food tour by cyclo - a fun way to get around and try some local favourites.

You’ll visit a range of local spots and vendors, sampling different dishes along the way. Some highlights include:

• Banh can - small savoury pancakes cooked over charcoal
• Bun cha ca - fish cake noodle soup with a rich, flavourful broth
• Nem nuong - grilled pork served with fresh herbs and dipping sauce
• Banh tai vac - delicate shrimp dumplings
• Che chuoi nuong - grilled banana with sticky rice for dessert

It’s a great way to experience Nha Trang’s food scene and try a mix of local flavours in a relaxed setting.

After the tour, head back to your hotel and unwind for the night.
