We had a great time in the Mekong Delta. The tour was very nice and well organised. The hotel and food were good, and our driver was excellent and drove us safely. Our tour guide was very friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt safe and welcome. Thanks again for organising everything!

The Mekong Delta cycling trip was fantastic. My wife was unwell and couldn't cycle, but Trinh, our guide, and the team looked after her in the car, so she still got to see all the highlights. Thank you so much.

I booked a 2D1N Halong Bay cruise on the Lyra through Janet, and everything went flawlessly. The package included a free airport transport, and even though I provided Janet the arrival information late (it had slipped my mind), she was able to make the arrangements quickly and confirm the transfer details in less than an hour. She had also accommodated our request to be dropped off in the Tay Ho neighborhood rather than the Old Quarter following the trip. We are grateful that Janet provided such prompt and excellent service!

Our family of 5 was looking for a cruise adventure, and Rosie Nhung at BestPrice Travel truly obliged. Everything worked smoothly; hotels, food and transport were well organised and of good quality. With it being a family holiday, we were a bit concerned about suitability for the children, but this was unfounded. We were kayaking, swimming, as well as going on an overnight cruise. The children loved it.

From the very beginning planning stages, Janet was awesome in answering my questions and following up with me on what was due when and what we would need on the cruise for our Cambodian visas. My son was sick during the trip, and he was so kind to him and gave us things to help make him more comfortable. They still talk about Chuc!
