Beutiful Experience with Best Price Travel & Hang Moon!

Beutiful Experience with Best Price Travel & Hang Moon! 1034140638 12-Day Vietnam Tour – Beutiful Experience with Best Price Travel & Hang Moon! My wife and I recently completed a 12-day tour of Vietnam, travelling from North to South, and it was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Best Price Travel and the amazing Hang Moon. throughout the trip, Moon was with us every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, staying in touch via WhatsApp and ensuring every part of our trip ran smoothly. The itinerary was well organised and balanced, covering all the highlights of Vietnam. Every detail, from airport transfers to hotel check-ins, tours, and internal transport was perfectly timed and stress free. The 4-star hotels we stayed in were fantastic, all including buffet breakfasts that exceeded our expectations. Lunches (when included) were set menus at reputable restaurants, giving us a real taste of Vietnamese cuisine. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, polite, and gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy at our own pace. When our overnight Halong Bay cruise was unfortunately cut short due to bad weather, Best Price Travel quickly organised a private car to return us to our hotel without any delays. A refund was processed for the activities we missed was organised by our agent Moon. This was a hassle free experience, run by honest, professional people who really care about their clients. For our next holiday, we won’t look anywhere else, we’ll be booking again with Best Price Travel. Thank you, Vietnam, Best Price Travel, and especially the lovely Moon

A great booking experience.

A great booking experience.
I got in touch with Best Price in early May 2025 to book a Mekong Cruise from 2 - 9 October 2025. From the start Janet was very helpful and understanding. She made the booking process easy and kept in touch regularly, even after my party had boarded the cruise and again after it was over to ensure everything went well. This is true customer service. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you again Janet!

6 Days Tour of Vietnam
by Tripadvisor
We recently booked a 6-day Vietnam trip through BestPrice Travel, covering Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi and back. Initially, we were skeptical—six nights with airport transfers, domestic airfare, and hotel accommodations for under $600 seemed too good to be true. We honestly expected low-quality hotels and mediocre service. To our surprise, it turned out to be one of the best trips we've ever taken. The hotels were comfortable, and the tours exceeded our expectations. Everything was well-organized and seamless. Special thanks to Cindy Pham from BestPrice Travel, who was incredibly patient and helpful in coordinating every detail of our itinerary. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the end of our journey, everything went smoothly. We highly recommend BestPrice Travel to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. Their service and value are outstanding.

I was very happy with my guide. She is happy, smart, kind and good English. The food I have had has been very bland. I think they think westerners don’t like spice. The food at this hotel is not great but adequate. My room here at the hotel was comfortable, clean and great view.

Our first guide though was young, struggled with English and was obviously new in her job. However she was desperate to please, made every effort to make our tour enjoyable and was adelight. So I hope she is given the opportunity to gain more experience because that is all she needed to improve. Less
little communication regarding your programme for the day, where you were going, staying etc. But you do eventually get there and it's worth it. Sad the quantity of rubbish and pollution in what should be a pristine area
We would like to see more Giay & Black Hmong ethnics culture & way of living as we were mostly just trekked and saw very little of their culture as well as how they live their lives day to day. The trekking pace could have been a little slower allowing time for enjoying the views and taking photos.

I was then met at Lao Cai station and taken to the hotel where I was allowed to check in to my room so I could shower and rest. (the guide in Hanoi had luckily reminded me not to go with any tour guided except the person holding a sign with my name) The people at Lao Cai can be very aggressive and try to get you to do with them but if you say no firmly then they leave you alone. On my final day in Sa Pa I didn't have to check out of my room at 12noon (normal check out time for hotels) I was able to stay in my room until 5pm which was when I was getting picked up so it was excellent. 1 of the days of the trekking was harder than expected. Some parts are a little dangerous. If it has been raining it is slippery, narrow and steep. I think you need to put it in the itinerary that the trekking can be a little difficult in some parts so people are aware. I think you need to put it in the itinerary that the trekking can be a little difficult in some parts so people are aware. I found out from other travellers that you could catch the bus to Sa Pa and it actually takes less time. I was only given the train option. Less
