IsraelOverall, I was satisfied with the trip. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have shared your phone number with my friends.
The only thing I would mention is the Radisson RED Danang. It was quite noisy, as we could hear the traffic from the street, as well as other guests and children in the hotel. The breakfast selection was also a little disappointing.
Apart from that, everything was good. My family loved Vietnam, so we might even come back next year.
Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks for everything. Wishing you all the best

Our travel consultant, Janet, provided truly exceptional support in arranging the tours we wanted, even accommodating several last-minute changes with ease. She communicated every detail clearly, from driver pickup information to the names of our tour guides, which made everything very smooth and reassuring.
She organised our airport pickup in Da Nang along with private excursions to Hoi An and Hue, and her recommendations for private tours were excellent. The booking process was simple, with secure and convenient credit card payment options.
All transfers, vehicles, drivers and the private DCar service met, and sometimes exceeded, our expectations. Having travelled with them before, we were once again impressed by the consistently high level of service. Janet definitely deserves top marks for her professionalism and dedication.

AustraliaWe had such a great time on the coconut boat tour. It started with lantern making, which was so much fun, followed by a ride in the coconut boats that had us laughing the whole way. Both activities were such enjoyable experiences, and I’d definitely recommend them to other travelers.
