There were many highlights during our journey. In Vietnam, the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City was unforgettable, and the walking street at night was another favorite. In Cambodia, visiting the Killing Fields Museum with a guide who had lived through that period as a child was deeply moving. We also loved Bangkok, especially the palaces and the Chatuchak Market. Our elephant experience in Chiang Mai was another highlight, and we appreciated that the elephants were rescues and ethically cared for.
We do have a few small suggestions for improvement. Many Westerners prefer two pillows, and elderly travelers often need a walk-in shower rather than a tub/shower combo. It would also be helpful if hotels provided an extra roll of toilet paper, since bidets are not commonly used by Americans. Transportation could be improved with three-point seatbelts, which are standard in the US. Finally, it would be very useful to inform travelers that US dollars are widely accepted in Vietnam and even preferred in many cases.

I appreciated the service from Best Price and the update and checking in during the tour. I would admit that would be more enjoyable with a travel companion than being a solo traveller. Howerver , I was able to connect with those on the tour and it helped in relieving the lack of company as a solo traveller. I would like to revisit Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh and Bangkok in the furite however I do not think I would do it as a solo traveller.
