Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport. Transfer directly to your hotel in Hanoi, and have a good rest after the long flight to prepare for the exciting journey ahead. 

You can explore the pretty Hanoi Capital for the rest of the day. Let’s visit famous attractions of this city, such as The Temple of Literature, West Lake, One Pillar Pagoda, and more.

Morning

From 07:10 to 08:00, your guide will meet you at your hotel or accommodation to start a comfortable 120 km bus journey through the lush, verdant countryside. Along the way, there will be a short stop to rest and stretch.

At 10:30, you will visit the Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel, including the King Dinh Temple, which dates back to the 17th century. This visit provides an opportunity to learn about Vietnam’s rich history, particularly during the 11th century.

Next, you will arrive in Tam Coc for lunch at a local restaurant. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes, including plenty of vegetarian options, making it ideal for vegetarians or Indian eaters.

Afternoon

At 13:30, enjoy a scenic boat trip on a traditional rowing boat along the river, surrounded by stunning mountains and green fields. During the trip, you will pass through numerous water caves featuring spectacular stalagmites and stalactites, as well as various ritual sites.

Optionally, you can take a 20-30 minute cycling trip around the village and rice paddies to observe the daily life of local people before continuing by bus to the next destination.

By 15:30, the bus will transfer you to the Mua Cave area. Here, you can trek to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain for a breathtaking panoramic view over the rice valleys and the surrounding natural landscape.

Finally, from 17:00 to 19:30, you will return to Hanoi by bus. A short break is included along the way, and you will be dropped off at your hotel or a designated meeting point.

Your day begins with a comfortable pickup from your hotel in Hanoi. Travel along the modern highway toward the coast, enjoying scenic countryside views along the way. A short rest stop is included for your convenience.

Upon arrival at the harbor, you’ll be warmly welcomed aboard your cruise. After a brief introduction and safety briefing, the journey into the breathtaking bay begins.

As the boat glides across emerald waters, admire the dramatic limestone formations - countless uninhabited islets and striking outcrops that make this UNESCO-listed destination so iconic. Savor a delicious Vietnamese lunch served onboard while cruising deeper into the heart of the bay, surrounded by stunning natural scenery.

Afternoon

Continue your exploration with a visit to one of the bay’s impressive caves. Marvel at the intricate stalagmites and stalactites, beautifully illuminated with colorful lighting that enhances the cave’s natural formations.

Next, experience the bay up close with a kayaking session or a relaxing bamboo boat ride. Glide through calm waters, soak in the peaceful atmosphere, and connect with the pristine beauty of the surroundings.

Return to the cruise for a relaxing sunset party featuring fresh fruits, cakes, and tea. Unwind on the sundeck with music, enjoy conversations with fellow travelers, and take in the spectacular scenery. As the day winds down, watch the sun slowly dip below the horizon, painting the sky in warm shades of red and gold while the boat makes its way back to the harbor.

Evening

Disembark at the harbor and begin the journey back to Hanoi. Arrive in the city and be dropped off at your hotel, marking the end of a memorable day exploring the natural wonders of Halong Bay.

08:00 – 08:30 Your tour guide and bus will pick you up at your hotel to start exploring Hanoi City.

Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, the final resting place of Vietnam’s beloved leader, Uncle Ho. Afterwards, visit the One Pillar Pagoda, dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy, known for being one of the most unique pagodas in the world.

NOTE:

• Please dress modestly, covering shoulders and knees, when visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, temples, and pagodas.
• Note that the Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays; however, you can still take photos and explore the surrounding area. The Mausoleum is also closed annually for maintenance from June to August.

Visit the Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the cultures of the 54 ethnic groups across Vietnam. The Vietnam Ethnology Museum is closed on Mondays, so we will visit the Vietnamese Women’s Museum instead.

12:30 - 12:45 Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, where you can savor traditional Vietnamese cuisine.

Afternoon

After the tour, you are transferred to the railway station for your overnight train journey to Da Nang. Experience a different pace of travel as you head south along Vietnam’s scenic coast.

• You need to bring all of your luggage. Once you reach the train station, you'll start the trip right away.
• You will stay in a shared sleeping compartment. Private compartments are on request at a surcharge. Restrooms at either end of the carriages.

Arrive in Da Nang around midday and transfer to the charming town of Hoi An.

Step into the heart of Hoi An at its bustling Hoi An market, where the energy of daily life is palpable—vivid colors, fragrant aromas, and the lively chatter of vendors create an unforgettable atmosphere.

A short stroll away, the Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall stands as a testament to intricate craftsmanship, with its ornate gateways, dragon motifs, and sculpted roofs. Here, you can witness the town’s traditions of ancestor worship and see locals offering their respects at the family altar.

Continue your exploration with visits to some of Hoi An’s ancient houses, like Phung Hung and Tan Ky, remarkable for having withstood more than 200 years of history while preserving their original charm.

Next, immerse yourself in the Museum of Folk Culture, located in a historic 150-year-old Chinese merchant residence, where exhibitions showcase the daily lives, tools, and crafts of generations past. For a touch of performing arts, enjoy live traditional shows at the Hoi An Traditional Performing Arts House.

No visit is complete without the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, a 400-year-old landmark that once connected Japanese and Chinese communities across a narrow canal.

Finally, wander through artisan shops, galleries, and hidden lanes, discovering quaint corners and local neighborhoods that reveal the timeless character and quiet elegance of Hoi An.

Morning

Depart from your hotel and head to the scenic Ba Na Hills. Begin your adventure with a ride on the Suoi Mo Cable Car, offering panoramic views as you ascend to Marseille Station.

Upon arrival, walk across the iconic Golden Bridge - suspended by two massive stone hands - for spectacular vistas of the surrounding forested mountains. Continue to Jardin D’Amour, a beautifully landscaped garden filled with vibrant blooms, fountains, and whimsical sculptures.

Enjoy a hearty Vietnamese buffet lunch at a local restaurant, featuring over 70 traditional dishes.

Afternoon

After lunch, explore Fantasy Park, a family-friendly amusement area filled with rides, games, and interactive attractions. Later, make your way to King Peak, the summit of Ba Na Hills at 1,487 meters, for a breathtaking 360-degree view of the region.

Return via cable car in the late afternoon and transfer back to your hotel in Da Nang.

After breakfast, enjoy free time at leisure to explore Da Nang on your own or relax before departure. Around noon, you will be transferred to the railway station to board the SE1 or SE3 overnight train to Ho Chi Minh City.

Enjoy a comfortable journey along Vietnam’s scenic coastline. The train departs around midday and arrives in Ho Chi Minh City early the following morning, ready for the next day’s activities.

After arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, begin your day with a scenic two-hour drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Along the way, you will enjoy the peaceful scenery of the Vietnamese countryside.

Upon arrival, you will watch a short introductory film to understand how the tunnels were built and used during wartime. The Cu Chi Tunnels are an extraordinary example of Vietnamese military engineering, serving as a hidden command center, supply route, and shelter. After the film, you will have the opportunity to explore a section of the tunnel network and experience its remarkable structure firsthand.

After the visit, you will enjoy a light lunch featuring regional specialties.

Afternoon

Following lunch, your city tour of Ho Chi Minh City begins with visits to key historical landmarks.

Your first stop will be the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Central Post Office, two iconic examples of French colonial architecture. The cathedral, constructed in 1877, is the largest Catholic church in Vietnam. The Old Post Office, designed in the 19th century, is a beautiful blend of Gothic, Renaissance, and French architectural influences.

Next, you will visit the Reunification Palace, a historic site that symbolizes the end of the Vietnam War. The building features a unique combination of modernist style and Eastern design, making it a notable architectural landmark.

You will then explore the War Remnants Museum, which is a member of the Museums for World Peace. The museum provides powerful and moving displays that reflect the impact and consequences of war.

To conclude the afternoon, you will visit Ben Thanh Market, one of the oldest and most vibrant markets in Saigon. Originally established in the 17th century, the market offers a lively atmosphere and a wide variety of goods, perfect for finding unique souvenirs.

After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Please note The Notre Dame Cathedral is temporarily closed for renovations. Your guide will recommend alternative churches in the area for your visit.

Morning

Have breakfast at your hotel and be ready for a discovery trip to the charming Mekong Delta.

08:00: Our driver will transfer you from your hotel through the vast rice paddies and small villages to My Tho. (70km ~ 1.5 hours)

Visit the majestic Buddhist Vinh Trang Pagoda - one of the region's most beautiful and famous attractions.

Then, you will participate in an engaging 3-hour cruising & walking trip in the tranquil Mekong Delta. You will explore The Mekong River's small canals on a rowing sampan and witness its lush and fresh riverbanks. 

After that, visitors head to a beautiful island with many tropical orchards such as rambutan, durian, plum, and more. Then join a local workshop, discover how to make coconut candy, and try some for yourself.

Get on the "xe loi" (a kind of motorized rickshaw) and travel throughout the village. Take this chance to look at the authentic life of the inhabitants here. Refresh with some local specialty fruits as well as sweet honey tea.

Have lunch at a garden restaurant on the river bank with traditional countryside dishes.

Afternoon

Drive back to Saigon and drop at your hotel. Take a rest. You will have leisure time in the evening.

Chilling Time In The Tranquil Mekong Delta

After breakfast, you can spend the remainder time in Saigon as you like.
