After settling in, get ready to dive into the heart of Vietnamese culture with a guided Hanoi Street Food Tour - the perfect way to begin your journey through flavor and tradition.

At 17:30, your local guide will meet the group in front of Shinhan Bank, Le Thai To Street, right by the historic Hoan Kiem Lake. From there, begin a fascinating walk through the lively alleys and hidden corners of the Hanoi Old Quarter, where each step offers a taste of local heritage.

Throughout the tour, you’ll sample a carefully selected variety of authentic Northern Vietnamese dishes - depending on the day’s specialties, your menu may include:

• Soup-based favorites like Pho Bo (Beef Noodle Soup), Bun Thang (Chicken & Egg Noodles), or the central Vietnamese-inspired Bun Bo Hue.
• Savory street eats such as Banh Cuon (Steamed Rice Rolls) and the ever-popular Banh Mi sandwich.
• Snack-time delights like Nom Bo Kho (Dried Beef Papaya Salad) and Nem Chua Ran (Fried Fermented Pork Rolls).
• The experience ends on a sweet note with a cup of Ca Phe Trung (Egg Coffee) - a rich, creamy Hanoi specialty.

The morning city tour starts at 8:00

• Visit the Temple of Literature, constructed a millennium ago to honor Confucius, wise individuals, and intellectuals. 
• Explore the One Pillar Pagoda, renowned for its remarkable architecture and historical significance. According to legend, the shape of the pagoda resembles a lotus flower emerging from the water, which is associated with the story of the Ly King.
• Catch a glimpse of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, a site built to house the remains of the late President. 
• Take in the breathtaking scenery of West Lake and pay a visit to Tran Quoc Pagoda, a renowned Buddhist temple in Hanoi that has been in existence for over 1500 years.

Have lunch in a Vietnamese restaurant and try various appetizing traditional dishes of Vietnam.

Afternoon

Your trip begins with a hotel pickup in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. After a brief introduction, the group will gather at a designated meeting point where you’ll be offered a taste of the iconic Ca Phe Trung (Egg Coffee) - a smooth, creamy local delight - while listening to a short safety and orientation briefing.

From there, embark on a journey through Hanoi’s spiritual and historical heart:

• First, head to the Long Bien Bridge, a striking example of colonial-era French architecture designed by Gustave Eiffel. This over-100-year-old bridge stands as a symbol of Hanoi’s resilience and grace.
• Then, enjoy a leisurely walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, a peaceful escape nestled in the city center, where locals come for morning exercise and reflection.
• Along the way, pass the Hanoi Opera House - a neoclassical landmark - before arriving at the St. Joseph’s Cathedral, often dubbed the Notre Dame of Hanoi for its Gothic Revival style and its location in the so-called French Quarter.

Leaving the Old Quarter, continue to significant national landmarks including:

• The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (external visit only on Mondays, Fridays, or during annual maintenance in June - August).
• The Hoa Lo Prison (also known as the "Hanoi Hilton") - a sobering but powerful site that tells the story of Vietnam’s indomitable spirit and struggle for independence.

After an afternoon full of cultural immersion and historical reflection, sit down to enjoy a dinner at a local restaurant.

Finally, your driver will transfer you back to your hotel, marking the end of this meaningful half-day journey through Hanoi’s soul.

• The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is closed to visitors on Mondays, Fridays, and from June to August for maintenance.

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Later, you will be picked up and transported to Mai Chau. 

Once you arrive, enjoy a delectable lunch in a nearby village, with the option for a vegetarian meal if preferred.

Afternoon

You can choose to join optional activities at your own expense, such as cycling through the scenic countryside to admire the terraced rice fields and gain deeper insight into the traditional culture and customs of the local people. Enjoy free time for cycling, walking, or shopping at your leisure.

In the evening, savor a delicious dinner featuring traditional dishes prepared in the authentic style of the native Thai people. For groups of more than 5, you’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy a traditional Thai dance performance and taste “ruou can” – a local rice wine shared in a communal style.

Breakfast will be served to you at the hotel.

8:00: Discover the unique culture and traditions of remote villages in Mai Chau, specifically Na Meo Village and Na Mo Village. Immerse yourself in the local way of life and gain insight into the customs and practices of these distinct communities.

Embark on a scenic hike to explore the lush countryside surrounding the villages, with its rolling hills, rice paddies, and verdant forests.

Have lunch at your homestay.

Afternoon

Relax after doing check-out procedures.

15:00 - 15:30: You will be picked up for returning to Hanoi.

Morning

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Hanoi before being picked up and transferred to Halong Bay by a luxurious limousine shuttle bus. Upon arrival, check-in at the cruise and settle in for your Halong Bay adventure. 

Once you're on board, indulge in a sumptuous lunch before taking a short rest to relax and recharge before continuing with your activities.

Afternoon

Participate in a variety of captivating activities on board the cruise, designed to showcase the beauty of Halong Bay (the specific activities will depend on the itinerary of the cruise). 

Night

Join a sunset party on board and admire the picturesque sunset over Halong Bay. Savor a delectable deluxe dinner on the cruise.

Morning

Begin your day with a peaceful Tai Chi class on board the cruise, followed by a delightful breakfast. 

Set out to continue exploring the natural beauty of Halong Bay with the cruise. 

Enjoy a final brunch on board while the boat makes its way back to the port. You will then be picked up and transported back to Hanoi.

Afternoon

Take some time to relax before being taken to Hanoi railway station to catch a night train to Dong Hoi.

Morning

When reaching Dong Hoi train station, you will be picked up and taken to a local restaurant to enjoy a delicious breakfast before on the way to Phong Nha National Park. 

Once you arrive, you will be escorted on a 25-minute boat ride to Phong Nha Cave, where you can explore the stunning and distinctive cave systems in the area. 

After your cave exploration, take a break and enjoy a tasty lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon

At around 14:00, visit the impressive Paradise Cave, also known as the "Underground Royal Palace". Marvel at the stunning natural formations and unique features of this remarkable cave. 

After your visit, return to your hotel in Dong Hoi.

Morning

Transfer from your hotel and transport to Vinh Moc Tunnels. Undertake an exciting tour of the tunnels and gain new insights into their significance during the Vietnam War. 

After the tour, you will be picked up and driven to Hue in a comfortable car.

At 8:00, you are picked up from Hue City Center. Begin the day with a visit to An Hien Garden House, a tranquil gem by the Perfume River, then explore the ancient Thien Mu Pagoda, rich in history and sacred legends.

Enjoy a scenic cruise on the Perfume River, and take part in a meaningful fish-releasing ceremony to support local aquatic life.

Arrive at Thuy Bieu Village. Cycle through grapefruit gardens, visit the village temple and a century-old garden house, then stop by a local artist’s home. Try your hand at painting on silk or conical hats (optional).

Savor a healthy macrobiotic lunch using local garden ingredients.

Afternoon

Learn how to make grapefruit jam, enjoy afternoon tea in the garden, and unwind with a 20-minute herbal foot soak. Then transfer to Tam Giang Lagoon.

Explore Ngu My Thanh Mural Village, then take a boat trip on the lagoon, enjoy SUP rowing, visit vegetable gardens, and join locals in mini-BBQ seafood tasting. Wrap up with a tree-planting activity for environmental restoration.

Start your morning off right with a tasty breakfast at your hotel. 

At 8:00, venture to Hoi An via the Cloudy Pass, where you can take in the breathtaking scenery and stop at various sites to snap photos and admire the views (please note that admission fees are not included).

Upon your arrival in Hoi An, take some time to unwind and relax for the remainder of the day.

Spend time at My Son Sanctuary, explore the impressive ruins of this former religious capital of the Champa Kingdom and learn about its rich cultural and historical significance.

On the way back to town, visit the Huynh Champa Culture Museum in Tra Kieu to gain further insight into the Cham culture and history.

Indulge in a scrumptious breakfast at your hotel before your scheduled pick-up and transfer to Battambang. The journey will take approximately 5 hours.

Reaching Battambang, check in at your hotel and take some time to unwind and relax. The rest of the day is free for you to spend as you wish.

From 9:00 to 12:00, immerse yourself in the flavors of Cambodia by taking part in Nary's Cambodian Food cooking class. Learn to cook traditional dishes and savor your culinary creations during a delicious lunch.

Admire the beautiful sunset view of the countryside as you ride on a bamboo train. This is a unique and memorable experience that you won't want to miss.

After breakfast, our driver will transfer you to Siem Reap. On the way, you can see the greenery landscapes and scenic villages.

Embark on a scenic 3-hour road trip to Siem Reap, taking in the beautiful scenery along the way.

13:30: Visit Angkor Wat, an enormous Buddhist temple complex spanning 162.6 hectares.

Discover Bakheng Temple, a temple mountain dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva.
