Morning/ Afternoon
Have breakfast in your hotel. You can choose departure time at 08:00 - 08:30 or 13:00 - 13:30, whenever is convenient for your family to take a tour of must-see attractions in Saigon.
Our first stop is the War Remnants Museum, an educational place for children with more than 20,000 documents, artifacts, and films about evidence of crimes and the consequences of the Vietnam Wars.

Next, pay a visit to the Reunification Palace, once the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam and now the symbol of Saigon Liberation. Then, have a sightseeing trip through Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, a must-visit spot for its ancient beauty and elegant structure.
Following that, go through the Old Post Office, a symbol of classical French colonial architecture, which is still open to this day.

NOTE: The cathedral is temporarily closed for renovation.
End the trip with a visit to a local market to buy some fascinating gifts for your kids.
After the tour, get back to your hotel. The afternoon is free for you to unwind, with optional excursions available for those who wish to explore further:
Option 1: Saigon Jeep Tour By Night
Your evening adventure begins when we pick you up directly from your hotel in District 1 or from a central meeting point. From there, hop aboard a stylish open-top jeep and get ready for a night filled with flavors and energy.
Crossing the Saigon River, we venture into District 4, a lively neighborhood famous for its bustling seafood street. Here, you’ll be surrounded by sizzling grills and mouthwatering aromas as you sample fresh seafood dishes prepared the local way.
Next, we continue to a hidden corner of the city to try Banh Xeo, the iconic Vietnamese sizzling crepe. Crispy on the outside and savory inside, this dish is a favorite among locals but often missed by visitors.
As the jeep winds through backstreets, tiny alleyways, and local markets, you’ll discover the authentic pulse of Saigon. This is where you witness daily life unfolding while tasting unique street dishes that reveal the true flavors of the city. We’ll pause at a charming shop to enjoy coconut ice cream, a refreshing specialty made with tropical flair.
To cap off the night, we arrive at Beer Street, Saigon’s vibrant nightlife hub. Relax with a glass of craft beer on a rooftop bar, taking in the dazzling panoramic view of the city skyline.
Option 2: Saigon Night Life & Food Tour by Motorbike
At 17:30, our professional drivers will pick you up from your hotel for an exciting motorbike journey through Ho Chi Minh City. Riding down lively boulevards, you’ll admire the sparkling skyline and the iconic Bitexco Tower, one of Vietnam’s tallest skyscrapers, glowing brilliantly at night.
From there, you’ll be immersed in Saigon’s everyday rhythm as we pass by sidewalk eateries and night cafés where locals gather after work. The buzzing sound of motorbikes, the chatter of families, and the sizzling aroma of street food create an atmosphere that perfectly captures the soul of Saigon.
Our next destination is Chinatown (Cho Lon), the city’s cultural gem. Here, you’ll explore age-old temples, lantern-lit streets, and traditional markets that showcase the unique harmony of Vietnamese and Chinese heritage. Take time to walk around, browse for gifts, and taste authentic snacks from street vendors.
We then continue to the enchanting Ho Thi Ky Flower Market, Saigon’s largest flower market since 1987. At night, the market is alive with color and fragrance as trucks unload fresh blooms from the Mekong Delta. You’ll enjoy strolling through the vibrant alleys, taking photos, and perhaps purchasing small floral souvenirs.
Finally, around 22:00, we’ll return you to your hotel.

We booked the entire itinerary through BestPrice Travel, and our tour operator, Hailey, was fantastic—efficient, professional, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to understand our needs and planned a well-balanced holiday for my family that stayed within our budget. Throughout the trip, she offered helpful advice and great suggestions for activities and places to eat.
All our tours and transfers went smoothly, and the service felt effortless. Our guides were excellent, especially Tom in Hanoi, who was friendly and knowledgeable. Hailey stayed in touch during the whole vacation to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with the arrangements. She was always quick to respond and happy to assist with any questions.
Thanks to Hailey’s planning, the trip was truly memorable. My children enjoyed every single activity, and it was clear the itinerary was thoughtfully tailored to us. Out of all the places I’ve traveled, Vietnam really stands out. The warm people, rich culture, incredible food, and stunning scenery make it an ideal destination for families. And the coffee? Absolutely amazing.
A big thank you to BestPrice Travel and Hailey for giving us such a special experience in Vietnam. Less

We had private drivers and private guides throughout the trip. The highlights were the excursions to the countryside. The trip by boat to the Mekong Delta outside Ho Chi Minh and stay at the ecolodge was wonderful. We loved the rooms and atmosphere at the ecolodge. The trip to the ecolodge outside Hue and trip on the fishing boat was also wonderful. Both of these excursions included fun bicycling, visits with local crafts people, and genuine warmth and hospitality by the people we met along the way. The Halong Bay boat accommodations and tour guide (his name was Sunday) were another highlight. The cruise and kayaking was so beautiful and fun. We also especially enjoyed the motorbike tours in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi. The walking food tours and cooking classes were good. So much yummy food! The airport pickup drivers, motorbike drivers, and local tour guides and drivers were always on-time, friendly, and accommodating. Our only criticism was the hotels. We stayed at 4-star hotels. The hotels were fine, but we wanted more charm and more of a boutique feel. I don’t know if the 5-star hotels would have been much better, but we needed more clarity on the hotels. The breakfast buffets at each location were generally good, with lots of choices, though the buffet at the property in Hanoi seemed a step-down compared to the others. The tour guides in each city were knowledgeable and aimed to please, though some spoke clearer English than others (Robin in Hue stood-out as extraordinary). Overall, it was a great trip at a very fair, reasonable cost. Everything was as promised from beginning to end with no shortcuts or changes to the detailed itinerary. Thank you!! Less
