My trip went smoothly thanks to BestPrice Travel

BestPrice is an excellent company. We booked transfer service in an overnight cruise package with Haley, an amazing agent who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. She is very friendly and professional, and she meticulously monitors every detail of our trip. Texting me to confirm that the pick-ups were on time and that we were safely on our way. I highly recommend Haley and intend to contact her again for future trips!

Best Price Travel's DCar luxury shuttle bus experience (round trip to Ha Long Bay) is highly recommended!

My wife and I booked a Ha Long Bay return luxury shuttle bus trip with Best Price Travel for the weekend of Friday, May 17, 2024. 'Haley L', a fantastic travel agent, was there for us from start to finish. She provided prompt assistance as needed, as well as timely information and re-confirmation of previously agreed-upon itinerary points.
In terms of the shuttle bus, it was a very nice and sleek-looking DCar with a modern/clean interior, excellent air-conditioning, and a top-notch driver.
Overall, a fantastic experience. We highly recommend using their service!
Thank you once more, Haley!

Very dependable transportation

We booked BestPrice Travel for transportation from Hanoi to Halong Bay and returned. We couldn't have been happier with the service. Janet stayed in close touch with us, and the driver arrived on time. Our elevator broke down in the morning, so Janet phoned the driver and told him to wait for us to exit. Overall, I am quite pleased with the service.
