The bus just pick up around Hanoi Old Quarter so if you want to take the bus you have to go to the meeting point for bus pick up

You should book a private transfer , it'll be cheaper than book the whole van. With private transfer they will pick you up at any hotel in Hanoi

No, our bus only pick up & drop off at old quarter, you can move to city center to take the bus in early morning. Our bus leave at 8:00 AM, so you can leave your hotel at 7:00.

We only have option depart at 8:00 AM, for 4 PM you can use the local bus.
