Your main responsibility
- Develop, manage, and grow BestPrice’s brand presence across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions…) on each channel, analyze results, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Research and track trends in social media content formats, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Plan, produce, and optimize content (posts, videos, reels, stories) and advertising campaigns on digital platforms.
- Explore and pilot new digital marketing and communication tools to stay ahead of market trends.
- Propose and execute PR, promotional, and community engagement initiatives (events, partnerships, influencer campaigns, etc.).
- Coordinate with other departments (product, operations, sales) to align communication efforts with business goals.
- Prepare and submit regular reports (weekly & monthly) on performance, insights, and planned activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or communication roles.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) — equivalent to IELTS 6.0+ or similar.
- Good skills in photo editing and video production (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Ability to gather information, coordinate across teams, and deliver integrated communication plans.
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Enthusiastic to participate in company events and cross-functional projects.
