Our guide Miss Anh was lovely and knowledgeable! She gave us so much information and interesting details about the city and culture, tips where to eat etc. - we rather felt like discovering the city together with a friend than a guide!

The lunch didn't convince us, we would have preferred a place less fancy and more authentic.

Overall, average satisfactory for Hanoi day tour.

Lots of places were closed on the day. So we are unable to visit some places as planned. Chinese speaking tour guide is not so fluent in Mandarin (despite we can understand him).

Peter gave a great tour of Hanoi considering my difficulty walking and being flexible. He was wonderful. The rest of the tour was interesting and informative

I would suggest adding a bit of information and showing of different examples of your finest architecture , Vietnamese, Chinese, French and newestablished designs with the history
