The hotel offered was excellent and offered very good service and accommodation. The food at the hotel and the recommended restaurant were also very good. Your service meets and exceeds our expectations.
Again, the tour guide exceeded expectations. He pays attention to details such as our diet and even give us some recommendations for dinner and massage tonight. The driver was also excellent, very safe and punctual. Lunch today was just average, the dishes were flavorful, but the meat was too tough. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the Vietnamese hospitality.
Very good service, thanks a lot.
Guide - Mr Tom is very funny.
I thought that the cruise and both tours in Hanoi were very good. Our tour guide, Tom, in Hanoi did a wonderful job. He was knowledgeable, yet sincere and approachable
we are enjoying it very much. Tony is a great guide. Thank you
