The limousine shuttle departs daily between 08:00 and 08:30 AM from Hanoi Old Quarter, offering a comfortable and convenient transfer to Tuan Chau International Marina. Reservations are recommended, and transportation fees are not included in the cruise package.

Departing from Tuan Chau Port

Guests arranging their own transport must check in at Lot 20B, Tuan Chau International Marina, between 12:00 and 12:30 PM. From there, a tender transfer of approximately 20 minutes will take guests to Lyra Grandeur, anchored in Lan Ha Bay.

After our 2-day-1-night journey, we found Lyra Grandeur to be a well-rounded luxury cruise, combining spacious suites, excellent food, attentive service, and a wide range of onboard activities. The itinerary was relaxing, with plenty of time to enjoy the facilities. 

Overall, Lyra Grandeur is a strong choice for couples, families, and travelers looking for a relaxing yet activity-filled getaway. Its diverse facilities cater to different travel styles, while its premium cabin options and exclusive services appeal to guests seeking a more luxurious experience.

Facilities & Cabins - 10/10

We stayed in the Sky Terrace Family Suite on the Sky Deck, which offers beautiful views and a comfortable layout with a sofa area, one king bed in the main bedroom, and two single beds in a separate bedroom. It’s a great option for families with two children or groups of four friends. However, the suite has only one shared bathroom, which can mean some waiting time. Onboard, there’s a wide range of wellness and entertainment facilities to enjoy, and the Wi-Fi is stable throughout the cruise.

Activities & Itinerary - 9.5/10

On our 2-day-1-night trip, we especially enjoyed the waterslide, which was so much fun, and the visit to Dark & Bright Cave, where we could take in the beautiful scenery at a relaxing pace. The itinerary was well-balanced, with plenty of time to enjoy the onboard activities, although the early start on Day 2 was a little tiring.

We were impressed with the dining experience on Lyra Grandeur. The buffet offered plenty of delicious Western and Asian options, while the fine dining dinner stood out with its creative Vietnamese-inspired menu. Camellia especially enjoyed the unique luffa soup and pan-seared seabass, while Luna loved the banana flambé with rum and ice cream. However, the five-course dinner portions were a little small, and the banana dessert could have had a stronger rum flavor.

We received welcome and goodnight gifts, along with complimentary wine in our suite, adding a thoughtful personal touch to the experience. Higher-category suites also offer more exclusive perks, such as butler service, private dining, and herbal foot baths.
