You will need a local guide to find the authentic taste of Banh Mi in Hanoi which is usually only available in some old small vendors and stalls along streets. The original Banh Mi Hanoi included: traditional Vietnamese bagguette which very crispy outside, paté in Vietnamese style, special red sausage (with mostly pork skin), coriander, cucumber, and super spicy chili sauce.
