Cancellation Policy

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children under 05: FOC, sharing EVERYTHING with parents
Only one (01) child under 5 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin

Day 1Hanoi - Halong - Van Don Bay - Cai De

Morning

For guests booking the transfer service (an extra fee applies), we schedule pick-up between 07:45 and 08:30 from hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day before departure.

Your journey begins with a scenic drive to Ao Tien International Port, the gateway to a different side of Halong. A tender boat awaits to transfer you to the Oris Cruise around 12:00 - 12:10. Upon boarding, settle into the graceful ambiance of this boutique retreat and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink while the Cruise Manager introduces the voyage ahead.

As Oris Cruise gently sails into the tranquil waters of Cai De, a delightful lunch is served. Through the panoramic windows, watch a dreamlike landscape unfold. Far removed from the crowds, this area reveals a more peaceful side of the Gulf of Tonkin.

Afternoon

We venture into the secluded Cai De area, a "little paradise" hidden away from the world. Let's slide through hidden lagoons by kayak, take a refreshing swim in crystal-clear waters, and soak up the peaceful beauty, surrounded by pristine nature and dramatic limestone landscapes.

Back onboard, the late afternoon invites moments of pure relaxation. As the sun begins its descent, cast golden light across the limestone islands before enjoying dinner beneath a sky filled with stars. Afterward, join our interactive Cooking Class to master the art of rolling traditional Vietnamese spring rolls.

Evening

Savor a refined dinner in an elegant setting before enjoying the remainder of the evening at your own pace. You may sip handcrafted cocktails at the panoramic bar, indulge in a soothing spa treatment, watch a movie, or try your hand at squid fishing beneath the star-filled sky.

Day 2Phat Co Cave - Ao Tien Harbor - Hanoi

Morning

Awaken to the morning mist drifting over the karst towers. Brew your own traditional Vietnamese drip-phin coffee. While the coffee drips, listen to our tour guide tell the story of agricultural grains and Vietnamese morning coffee culture.

Savor your perfect brew as the mindfulness bell chimes. Then, a light breakfast is served as Oris Cruise continues its graceful journey through a maze of karst formations.

Afterward, Oris Cruise sails towards Phat Co Cave, one of the hidden geological treasures of Halong - Van Don. Carved by nature over millions of years, the cave reveals remarkable limestone formations and offers a fascinating insight into the region's ancient geological history.

Returning to the cruise, we enjoy a few final moments to relax before check-out at 9:00. As Oris Cruise slowly glides back toward the harbor, a carefully prepared lunch is served against a backdrop of emerald waters, offering a memorable conclusion to your voyage.

By 11:00 - 11:30, the cruise arrives at Ao Tien Harbor, where it is time to bid farewell to the crew. If you book the return transfer service (extra fee needed), arrival at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter around 14:30. Carry home not only beautiful photographs, but also the lingering sense of calm and renewal inspired by the bay.
