Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy
- More than 15 days prior: No cancellation charge
- From 04 to 14 days prior: 50% of total rates
- Less than 72 hours prior: 100% of total rates
- Showing up late at the meeting point of the tour after departure time will concern as No Show and result in 100% charged
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children under 4 years old: FOC Maximum 1 child/2 adults, from the second child charge 50%.
- Children from 4 to 7 years: Surcharge 70% adult rates
- Children from 8 years old: Adult rates

I will be arriving at the hanoi international airport at 6 am . Can i be picked up from aiport directly for the halong bay cruise on the same day ?

The bus will not pick up at airport but we could transfer by private transfer with some surcharge (85 USD/way for group of 2).

Dear Madam/ Sir,
we are planning to book a tour on Dec 6 and would like to know if we can we take our suitcases (2 pieces) with us. Because we depart from Hanoi and plan to stay in Halong Bay (not return to Hanoi). Is it possible?

Yes you can bring 2 suitcases to the trip. Where is your hotel stay in Hanoi so we can arrange the pick up.

The tour was wonderful. The tour guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable and fun.
Highlights of the trip were the trip to Thien Canh Son Cave, which has beautiful stalactites & stalagmites.
Cruising to Vung Vieng Village was also memorable.
Highly recommend for those who want an exclusive and intimate tour!
We recently had a private 2-day cruise on this junk boat. Our family was really happy with the services provided. The staff was accommodating and always ready to help. However, the room size was a bit small for me. Other than that, the cruise was amazing.
