Ambassador Cruise is one of the largest vessels in Halong Bay with 5 grand decks and a capacity of 120 guests.

Ambassador Cruise really shows its 5-star rating by providing high-class facilities and opulent accommodations. My Ambassador Premium Suite is well-designed with a warm color palette, creating a cozy space and a relaxing corner.

• The ship has an elevator so going around was so much easier.
• One of the rare cruises has a twin sundeck with a jacuzzi, creating a much larger space to unwind.
• The glass bridge is a gorgeous spot for one-of-a-kind selfies

Overall, the dining experience on this cruise was fine, the menu is diverse with many dishes. The food is generally good but not outstanding. Given the high capacity of the cruise, it was quite chaotic during the meal.

• There are two set menus for dinner so guests have more options.
• The only cruise with Indian menus made by Indian chef.

• The dining room can be crowded and noisy at the beginning of mealtime.
• Breakfast buffets don’t offer many options.

The 2-day journey was pleasant with fun activities. The route was pretty standard with visiting famous attractions like Luon Cave, Titop Island, and Sung Sot Cave. Overall, there is a wide range of activities to suit different interests and ages.

Pros

• Rowing boat to Luon Cave was a nice way to see the spectacular scenery of Halong Bay.
• Hiking to the top of Titop Island shows you a fantastic panoramic view.
• Live music after the meal was a nice addition to the nighttime.

Cons

• The kayaking service in Luon Cave is not included in the cruise price.
