Cancellation Policy
- For the group under 04 cabins:
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
- From 14 to 30 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 14 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

- FREE of charge for child under 5 year old sharing bed & meal with parents. Surcharge for extra bed:

- Child from 5 - 11 year old: sharing cabin with parents: 80% adults rate. Only 01 child under 12 years old is allowed to share cabin with parents with surcharged for child rate.

I am staying in the Silk Path Hotel in the Old Quarter, Hanoi. I plan to book a trip to Ha Long Bay from Friday 17th November for one night. Do you pick up at this Hotel? How do I get back to Hanoi Airport on Saturday for a flight at 18.00?

Till now the room is still available and you should make quick decision. You can have two option. With option 1 one way bus from Hanoi Old Quarter to the cruise and one way back using private transfer go direct to the airport. With option 2 you will take bus roundtrip but on the way back the bus will drop you off at the mall on the way to the airport and you will go to the airport on your own with taxi there.

This is a very nice boat: luxury, modern with great design. We stayed in the Ambassador Suites with a nice private balcony and comfy bed. The meal was good and the staff was professional.
I travel during the weekend so I felt like the bay was packed with tourists. So you may avoid the weekend when visiting Halong Bay.
This was a fantastic trip. I liked the design of the cabin, it was very well thought-out.! The boat is stunning with modern facilities. The bay view from our cabin is fascinating. The staff was helpful and friendly. My experience during the trip was spectacular.
At night, it will be even better if there are some exciting songs that stir up the atmosphere. I just felt like it was a bit dull.
