Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children below 5 years old: FOC ( sharing bed ). From 02 children under 5 years old: 75% of adult's rate ( sharing bed )
- Children from 5 to under 11 years old: charge 75% of adult rate ( sharing bed )
- 2 Children under 11 stay in a serapate room will pay double room, 1 child stay in a serapate room will pay 100% adult rate

- In the 2-day program, you will be served 4 meals: 2 lunch buffets, 1 dinner set menu, and 1 breakfast buffet.

Each cabin has 2 bottled water set up in the seating space. Moreover, you can enjoy bar drinks with a surcharge based on the bar menu.
Transportation
From Hanoi
Every morning, a Luxury Van (8 seats) departs from Hanoi around 8:00 - 8:30. You arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, Halong Bay, in around 2.5 hours, get on board, and start your trip.
By yourself
You can also move to Halong Bay by yourself. However, you must match your guide and Aspira’s crew before 11:30 to check in and hear the safety instructions at Tuan Chau Wharf.

- Amazing cabin, not too different from the picture.
- Excellent service from the staff to the guide, very hospitality and attentive.
- Clean boat with modern facilities and other nice services such as jacuzzi, gym, spa,...
- Delicious food.
Cons
- Too short a break between breakfast and lunch.
- Need to pay for the drink. Tea, coffee, and water are not included in the meal.
- The activity of the 2n1d itinerary lacks diversity.

Everything was perfect. All crew members were spectacular, especially Lee! We were on our honeymoon and they surprised us with a cake and it was something very special that we will always remember. They even decorate the room for us, too

Overall a pleasant cruise tour. The cabin is comfy, activities include a bamboo boat tour on the 1st day and kayaking on the 2nd day. You may consider choosing a 3-day cruise since you only have around 24 hours for the 2-day cruise.

The pickup was excellent, on time, and comfortable. Our guide was extremely helpful and pleasant.
The cruise itself was fantastic. There are many activities to choose from, or you may relax on the boat. On the first day, we stayed on the boat and had the entire thing to ourselves, and on the second afternoon, we went on the tour and had a fantastic day of sightseeing and swimming.
