Cancellation Policy
- For groups under 4 cabins:
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
- From 15 to 29 days prior to check-in: 25% of total rates
- From 8 to 14 days prior to the check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days priors to the check-in: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin) & From 2nd children: charged 30% adult (without extra bed)
- From 5 to 11 years old: 01 child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult (with extra bed), 01 child stays in the double/twin cabin with 1 adult: charged 90% adult, Two children staying in a separated double/ twin cabin are charged 90% adult/ each.
- From 11 years old: will be charged as adults

In every aspect, our experience was absolutely outstanding. The level of service provided by the staff, particularly Gin, Chris, Jenny, and Alex, was exceptionally high. Everything was seamlessly coordinated, the activities were fantastic, and the food was sensational. We cannot emphasize enough how highly we recommend this experience.
The onboard staff were incredibly friendly, considerate, and helpful. We were impressed by their versatility, particularly Gin, who served as the receptionist, spring roll class instructor, taichi class instructor, and guide to Cat Ba Island. Gin's boundless energy and enthusiasm were contagious.
