Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children from 1 to 4 years of age are free, sharing a room with a parent
- Children from 5 to 8 years of age are charged 75%, sharing a room with parent
- Children from 9 years of age as an adult
- Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing a room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC

Beyond the stunning cabins, the Cozy Bay budget cruise also installs many social spaces to meet customers’ needs. You can rest on the sundeck, have an early Tai Chi lesson, or even design romantic dining on your overnight tour in Halong.
Restaurant
The restaurant on the second floor is mellow and elegant, with an area that can accommodate up to 25 seats, all located near the bedroom cabins for more convenience.
Bar
Visit the bar to savor a selection of wines and select the best one to compliment your dinner menu in the indoor restaurant.
Sundeck and terrace
The top-deck deck allows you to relax while watching ever-changing Annamite landscapes streaming through. It is pleasing for both mental and physical health.

Most of the nice reactions are for the cruise's knowledgeable guide and smooth schedule. Cozy Bay also receives praise for the meal and beautiful sundeck.
On the other hand, the negative reviews are about the not-so-modern facilities on this budget cruise, communication problems with the staff, the old transfer bus, and crowded attractions.
