Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
- From 10 to 21 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- From 4 to 9 days prior to check-in: 70% of total rates
- Less than 3 days prior to check-in : 100% of total rates
- No show : 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children from 5 - 10: Stay with parent 75% adult rate. Extra bed : 90% adult rate
- Children under 05: Stay with parent FOC
- Only one (01) child under 5 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin

Really good, Halong Bay is quite nice in my opinion, and everything is amazing. We had pleasant experiences in Vietnam, especially on the Hermes cruise, room very big and clean, food super delicious, personnel extremely nice and professional, Mr Peter super good manager, he controlled everything precisely, I would recommend everyone to come here and enjoy life, 10/10.
Great cruise. Incredibly well-prepared and informative about the bay. Some locations are guided by crew members as well. The cave was truly magnificent, and the excursions were enjoyable. The team was helpful with our reservation and onboard service. The ship is modern, and the accommodations are fantastic with balconies. Delicious supper and brunch. Good value, in my opinion.

Mr. Lam added fun to the kayaking, pearl farm, and cave excursions. This was a very informative, kind, polite, and helpful experience that I heartily recommend.
