Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
- From 21 to 15 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- From 14 to 7 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rates
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Maxium 1 child under 12 year old can share bed with parents.
- FOC for 1 child under 4 year old.
- Child between 5 - 11 year old: 75% adult rate
- From 12 year old: 100% adult rate
- EXTRA MATTRESS POLICY / EXTRA BABYCOT POLICY: Applied for maximum 1 child sharing cabin with parents:
- 3 days 2 nights cruise: 50 USD/ Bed
- 2 days 1 night cruise: 25 USD/ Bed
- All children under 5 years stay free of charge when sharing parents bedding.
- Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
- Maximum capacity of baby cot in a room is 1.

Amazing two-day, one-night experience on a luxury, sensitive, and Indochina-inspired cruise. There are lots of entertaining activities and delectable food. The cruise personnel is especially friendly. I will undoubtedly suggest to friends.
The encounter was fantastic. The crew was incredibly friendly, sympathetic, and helpful, and the scenery was breathtaking. The cuisine was outstanding. Our room was also quite spacious and comfortable. Can't say anything more than luxury.
The Ha Long Bay vistas were breathtaking, and we had a nice overnight trip. The personnel was really welcoming and eager to assist. Many thanks
