Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Full Day: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave - Luon Cave - Titop Island - Hanoi
Morning
7:00 - 7:45: If you choose to avail of limousine transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee), you will be picked up either at their hotel lobby in Hanoi Old Quarter or at a designated pick-up point in Hanoi.
From there, you will be transported to Halong International Cruise Port for check-in at 10:30 and embark on the Iris Cruise. Upon boarding, you receive a welcome drink and attend a short briefing by the cruise manager regarding safety regulations and the trip schedule.
As this ship cruises to Halong Bay, a buffet lunch will be served (*Set menu will be served for under 30 guests).
Afternoon
Then, have an exploration of Sung Sot Cave, known for its impressive stalactites and stalagmites with unique shapes.

Later, you will cruise to Luon Cave, one of the most unique caves in Halong Bay featuring the self-contained lake inside a closed arch-shaped mountain, which is the best place for kayaking or sampan boating (*Extra charge: 100.000 VND/pax).
Afterward, visit Titop Island, which is known for its natural beauty and picturesque beach. Let's take time to immerse yourself in the crystal sea or hike to the top of the mountain.
As the cruise continues, guests can enjoy live music on the sundeck, accompanied by delicious canapés, or relax in the onboard jacuzzi pool.
The cruise will eventually return to the harbor at around 17:00, marking the end of the trip. It's time to disembark.
Our shuttle bus (book with an additional fee) will wait for you and bring you back to Hanoi from 19:30 - 20:00.

The Sun Deck has space for two Bars and an Open-air Jacuzzi Pool. The sundeck can also accommodate 80 passengers to relax at once.

The international buffet serves up to 50 dishes for 25 guests or more, while the set menu serves under 25 guests.

Transportation
Our limousine shuttle bus service (excluded from the cruise price) helps you have a relaxed transfer from Hanoi to Halong International Cruise Port. Departing daily from Hanoi Old Quarter at 7:00 - 7:45, the limousine is equipped with a luxurious and comfortable interior.
If you transfer on your own, please arrive at the cruise port before the check-in time of 10:00.

Our limousine shuttle bus service (excluded from the cruise price) - May we know how much is transfer fee ( back and forth) from Hotel pick up from May De Ville Lakeside Hotel - 43 Gia Ngu Str. Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi 100000 Vietnam. As it is not stated in website. Thanks! Joyce

The waiters on the boat were very polite and considerate.
The tour guide speaks English and is very caring towards tourists.
We were a group of 16 and were made to feel right at home.

I was picked up at the hotel on time. The ship is new and quite nice. It has 2 restaurants, one on the lower deck and a smaller one on the second deck.
The interesting thing about this ship is the Canape and live music on the way back to the mainland from the bay. Very suitable for individuals who like excitement and dancing. Not really suitable for those who want to be quiet and relax.
The trip was pretty fun and memorable for a day. The boat is new and clean. Kayaking was a nice experience for me. The island I visited was a bit crowded. I may book an overnight cruise next time to explore the bay more.
Satisfied with the tour, but not "really" because I felt it was a bit short because it was only 1 day. The manager was very polite and Tour Guide Cuong was very enthusiastic and cheerful. My 5 stars are for these staff. I would also like to say a good word for everyone's service. When I return to the US I will have one more tour to introduce to my acquaintances.
Mr. Cuong - the guide was very impressive, had very good English skill, knowledgeable about places, and great guide.
The crew was very professional and knew English and Chinese.
The restrooms are clean, the food is beautifully presented and delicious.
I will be back!!
