Cancellation Policy
- More than 15 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
- From 15 to 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Child under 4 years sharing fully paid cabin with parents: No additional charge, limited to one child per cabin.
- Child from 4 - 11 year old sharing fully paid cabin with parents: Charge 75%, limited to one child per cabin

Me and Diana are currently in Loas and looking to fly to Hanoi Wednesday 20th. We are looking to do a cruise from maybe Friday 22nd or Saturday 23rd. We are looking at 3D2N options and want to kayak for sure. Is it too late as the sites ask for passport 1 week in advance?

26/11/2020I booked 1 night in Hanoi and 1 night stay in Paloma cruise. The trip was great, having enough time to try most famous street food in Hanoi. Mainly, I had incredible experience in Ha Long Bay with luxury cabin, nice staff and abundant activities.

21/04/2020First of all, the price for drinks on Paloma is more reasonable than other large ships. Second, the food was incredible and always full. Not to mention, the cruise provided each guests two glass bottles of water to keep Halong Bay clean. What a worth-trying cruise tour!

Never a dull moment with great planned activities. My only issue was getting on and off the day boat down a ladder to visit the private beach and have a bbq lunch. The ladder was not very secure despite being held in place by two crew members, still the ladder kept slipping, this needs to be addressed. This was the only time I felt anxious on the cruise. The excursions off the cruise are well worth doing, even though ours was dampened by some new government rule which stopped us kayaking and swimming while they sort it. ( not Paloma Cruises fault). It is so beautiful sitting on the top deck enjoying good company and excellent Pina coladas, with the most fabulous views. Tai chi was also a highlight in the morning. Would love to do this again!
