If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

8:00 - 8:30: Pick up guests at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter by shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee). After that, we travel for 2.5 hours to reach Halong Bay via highway.
11:00 - 12:00: A warm welcome awaits you at the waiting lounge in Tuan Chau Marina. Complete your check-in process and get on board. Sip on a refreshing welcome drink while receiving a safety briefing. Check into your cabin as the cruise sets sail into Halong Bay
Afterward, we savor a delicious lunch while admiring the spectacular limestone scenery and tranquil atmosphere of the bay: Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock Islet,
Afternoon
We continue to explore the majestic bay by visiting the charming Pearl Farm. This is also an ideal place for kayaking, let's sail around and get close to the timeless beauty of the landscape and the captivating pearl-raising culture.
Have fun kayaking in the Pearl Farm area.
Then, travelers visit the pretty Titop Island. This is a small limestone island with one of the best sandy beaches in Halong Bay. You can immerse yourself in emerald water and hike to the top for stunning panoramic views of the whole area.
Later, we return to the boat and enjoy free time. You can gather on the sundeck to watch the breathtaking sunset. Then, join a cooking demonstration to learn how to make Vietnamese dishes.
