"Beautiful day ! We were so lucky!"

Guide is nice. He was trying very hard to make us happy.
Food, I am not sure about oven baked frozen chips. Squids one was best for me.
Itinerary, I do not think anybody appreciated souvenir shop on our way back. The same place as we went on our way to Ha long. Boring and even water costs a lot. People hung about in front of the shops.

The guide was very helpful and spoke very good English. 9 out of 10. (Though he talks a bit too much when I'd rather sleep while on the way to Halong Bay.)
The activities involved were excellent, fun and just beautiful. 8 out of 10.
It would be more comfortable if the cabin has lounge chairs instead of only dining tables. 6 out of 10 for comfort level.
Cleanliness is 9 out of 10.

The only - thing we encountered is the food.
It tastes okay at best and the portions were too small. One piece per person is definitely not enough.
Even after the whole meal, we still weren't full and there isn't much snack options on board.
Thank god we brought our own snacks.
So, for food, if I'm being generous, 4 out of 10.

Happy to recommend

vegetarian food was very average, needed more time - 6+ hours travel time and only 3 hours activities

The cruise was definitely worth the value of my money! It went beyond my expectations, from the comfortable shuttle/transportation, and to the beautiful (and airconditioned) cruise! The tour guide was also really friendly and accommodating. The activities included in the package were great, and again, giving me the best value for my money!

I met a incredible people on tour, everybody was friendly and got to exchange our experiences and personal perspectives and recommendations of places.
The guide was friendly and nice, he could communicate in English really well that we never had a problem with the language.
The way to Halong Bay, the… More

Flies everywhere in the boat and sitting on the food/drinks.
It maybe due to hygiene reasons but if the drinks came in cups or glasses it could have been better.
Sitting on one seat steadily in the bus for 4 hours is really a pain, not really able to sleep in the bus.
They must have had schedules planned out but the explanation was a bit long at times.
