- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Day Trip
Full Day : Hanoi - Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave - Luon Cave - Titop Island
Morning
For those who use the transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee), be ready to get picked up at around 7:00 - 7:30 and transfer to Halong Bay.
9:30 - 10:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau International Port, do the check-in procedure, and then get on Queen Luxury Cruise.
You will be welcomed with a fresh complimentary drink while listening to the cruise briefing.
Witness the most beautiful spots on Ha Long Bay, such as Heaven Gate, Dog Stone Islet, Dinh Huong Islet, and Ga Choi Islet, while the cruise is sailing to Sung Sot Cave.
Then, you will have a buffet lunch at the luxury restaurant on board with unique seafood dishes.
Note: If the cruises have only 20 guests or fewer, the restaurants will serve a suitable set menu.
Follow the tour guide to explore Sung Sot Cave - one of the most beautiful and widest caves in the cave complex of Ha Long Bay. Time to learn about the area's history and take many beautiful pictures of the colorful stalactites & stalagmites.

Afternoon
Continue visiting Luon Cave by kayaking or getting on a bamboo boat rowed by locals. The cave is a perfect combination of natural features like rocky cliffs and clear sea waters with high biodiversity. Explore this place; you can see a variety of plants, such as ferns, cycads, and many beautiful orchids.
Take a trip to Titop Island and go swimming in the emerald water. You can also climb to the island's peak to admire the panoramic view of Ha Long Bay, with thousands of limestone peaks rising from the blue water.
Afterward, return to Queen Cruise for a pleasant tea Party with cakes, fresh fruits, and fruit juice. Take your time to relax under the glorious sunset on the sundeck while the boat sails back to the mainland.
17:00 - 17:15: Return to the pier and get in the transfer car for the ride back to Hanoi.

Hi! It's depended. If the number of guests is above 20 peoples, there will be buffet lunch; if there are 20 people or below, they will serve set menu.
The menus are changed usually so there's no exact menu. If you have special diet, please notice your travel consultant at least 2-3 days before your trip so we can help you to arrange.

Overall the trip was pleasant. The attractions in Halong Bay: Titop, Luon Cave & Surprising Cave are all beautiful. Sadly the weather is rainy so I couldn't enjoy the activities to the fullest.

The trip turned out better than I thought. The schedule was great with engaging activities in just 8 hours. The food was nice. The best point was the hospitality of the staff. The only thing I don't like is the bay was packed with tourists. I shouldn't travel on the weekend.
