If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

If you choose our transfer package, the driver will pick you up from your hotel between 8:00 and 8:30 and transport you to the awe-inspiring Halong Bay.
Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Marina, our welcoming receptionists will be eagerly awaiting your arrival in the comfortable waiting lounge around 11:30 -12:00.
Move to the Stellar of the Seas cruise and receive a warm reception from our attentive crew members. Before settling into your cabin, a safety briefing will be provided to acquaint you with the cruise procedures.
As the cruise sets sail, indulge in a delightful lunch served in our restaurant. Take in the picturesque views as we pass by notable landmarks such as Duck Islet and Thumb Islet, among others.
Afternoon
Prepare for kayaking in the Ao Ech to explore the natural wonders at a leisurely pace, immersing yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty that surrounds you.

As part of the journey, we will visit a local family's house, providing you with a glimpse into the everyday life of the local community. Then, discover a natural farm and observe the picturesque rice fields while learning about traditional agricultural practices.

Our primary destination for today excursion is the renowned Dark & Bright Cave, nestled in the captivating Lan Ha Bay. Prepare for a delightful experience as we provide comfortable transportation on traditional bamboo boats, expertly rowed by residents.
Pack your belongings, complete the check-out process at 9:30, and prepare to disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor.
Before disembarking, enjoy a tasty Vietnamese brunch at the restaurant before bidding farewell to the crew as you disembark from the cruise. The speedboat will transport you back to Tuan Chau Marina.
Afternoon
The driver will be waiting for you at the harbor to take you back to your hotel in Hanoi, typically between 14:30 and 15:00.

If you are departing from Tuan Chau Port and have arranged your transportation, it is crucial to arrive at the designated waiting station of Aclass Group (Lot 24, Tuan Chau International Port) for Stellar of the Seas around 11:30.
At approximately 12:00, all guests will be smoothly transferred to the Stellar of the Seas Cruise via tender, ensuring a seamless embarkation process for everyone.

The Stellar is a small-scale boat, which makes it more intimate and comfortable. The meal outside is a huge plus! The staff was really kind and helpful. Our butler, Sofia, was fantastic; she helped us with the kids and taught us fascinating information about Vietnam and Ha Long and Lan Bay. This boat excursion was an unforgettable experience, and I would suggest it to anybody looking to visit this region.
