Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Service & Activities
The 2-day-1-night itinerary will take visitors on a scheduled journey to explore Lan Ha Bay, Tra Bau, with Dark and Bright Cave. If opting for the 3-day-2-night trip, an extra excursion to Ba Trai Dao and Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island will be included in the itinerary.
Kayak in Tra Bau
On the first day afternoon, you will have a one-of-a-kind experience as you kayak around the peaceful surroundings of Tra Bau for around one hour to paddle through the stunning limestone mountains and islands.
Discover Dark & Bright Cave
On the final day of the itinerary, you will have the opportunity to explore Dark & Bright Cave. This visit will not only expose you to the captivating legends and myths surrounding the caves but also allow you to immerse yourself in the rich biodiversity of the area.
Cycling in Viet Hai Village
For those who book a 3-day-2-night tour, it’s amazing to cycle off the beaten path on Day 2. The scenic biking route in Viet Hai Village is diverse, from coastal mountains to tropical greenery.

Does this cruise provide a transfer service to Ninh Binh after the trip? We need a private transfer for 3 adults right after we finish the tour.

Could you confirm if the cruise stay in the bay during the night ? In other words, the boat do not come back each night in the port to stay all night and leave in the morning for the excursion/visit. I heard that Venus Cruise, was a new name for the Era Cruise, if so should I read the reviews on this Era Cruise to make my final choice of the company cruise I will like to book ? Venus is renewed & upgrade from Era Cruise. At night it will dock for overnight in the middle of bay and at the safety area.

Excursions: The day trip to Viet Hai was very enjoyable, and we especially liked the bike tour. That said, we had different expectations regarding the cruise itself. We thought there would be more time traveling with the main boat and less time spent on the day boat.

However the food was a disappointment, mostly overcooked and some are cold.
