Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

- Children from 0-4 years old are Free of charge, sharing bed with parents- Only free for 1 kid, the second one will be charged 75% of adult

Verdure Lotus Grandeur Cruise has 3 decks designed to get smaller for the 2 upper floors, making the cruise more attractive.
The 1st deck contains 08 Grandeur Deluxe with a space of 32m2 and 02 Grandeur Royal with a large 55m2 for extra comfort.
The 2nd deck is where you can find 08 Grandeur Executive (32m2), 02 Grandeur King/ Queen, 01 Grandeur Triple Suite, and 01 Grandeur Family Suite, each covering 55m2.
The sundeck is equipped with sunbathing chairs and tables for guests to chill in the whole sky view.

You have two options to reach Tuan Chau Cruise Port. The first option is to use our private car service with a dedicated driver. Alternatively, you can contact BestPrice for assistance in arranging transportation. If you would like to book a transfer, please reach out to the booking agent for further assistance.
Transport from Hanoi
At 08:00 - 08:30, we will provide a pick-up service from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, taking you directly to the cruise port.
Transport from the cruise port
Between 11:30 and 12:00, you will proceed to Tuan Chau Port, where you will board the Verdure Lotus Grandeur Cruise and check in at the cruise lounge.

However, there was one area of the trip that I feel should be improved to make the experience better for all travelers.
On the second day of our vacation, as we returned from a day trip, we spotted a huge number of new guests on board the ship. This group, which looked to account for approximately 80% of the new immigrants. While I realize that accommodating varied groups is part of the cruise experience, this specific circumstance presented some issues for both the crew and the current guests.
The staff worked hard to meet the increasing demand, but as predicted, it was a challenging assignment. The group's preferences, such as music selection and dinnertime changes, appeared to have an influence on others' experiences. Unfortunately, this resulted in a less-than-ideal atmosphere, especially for those of us who were already aboard. It was also clear that certain passengers in this group were less considerate of shared areas and activities, which hampered the enjoyment of other visitors.
While I appreciate the crew's best attempts to accommodate everyone, it did feel that the requirements of such a big group overshadowed the overall experience for the other guests. I understand that accommodating large groups is sometimes necessary, but I would recommend that the firm examine if it would be better for extremely large groups to book separate cruises to ensure that all passengers have a more balanced experience.
Again, I want to highlight that the staff performed admirably under tough circumstances, and I am grateful for their efforts. I'm giving my input in the hopes that it may be considered to improve the visitor experience on future sailings. Less
