Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Child from 01-under 5 years old: sharing cabin with parents without bed will be free of charge, discount 50% for shuttle bus services
- Child from 05-under 12 years old: sharing cabin with parents without bed will be charge as above, discount 50% for shuttle bus services,
- 2 children under 12 years old sharing 01 cabin will be discount 25%/ cabin
- 12 years old and up: charge as adult rate.
- In case the parent's room has 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.

We had a great time on the boat. The excursions were nice. The times were well chosen to avoid the crowds as much as possible as it was the low season.
Despite the hot weather, we were lucky to do all the excursions and they were fun.
My husband and I went on this cruise last week to Ha Long Bay and felt the cruise service was good, the tour guide was very enthusiastic and friendly. During my days here, I received enthusiastic support from Hoang and Manh. Next time I come, I will book them again.
We found this cruise is one of the best for mid-range travelers. The service is great for the price. Aside from the small room, the food, activities, and staff are great.
Traveling solo, I'm a bit worried about this cruise. However, Myuyen arranged everything for me and constantly checked on me via WhatsApp.
Thanks to her, the trip went smoothly.
2 days is not enough to explore Halong Bay. Thank Hera for finding this cruise for us, it was cheap but still has nice service.
I'll return next year with my family.
