Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

From time of booking until 65 days prior to departure is non-refundable deposit.
If the cancellation is made 64 to 35 days prior to cruise departure, Mekong Kingdoms shall charge the cancellation fee at the rate of 50% of total Package prices.
If the cancellation is made 34 to 12 days prior to cruise departure, Mekong Kingdoms shall charge the cancellation fee at the rate of 75% of total Package prices.
If the cancellation is made less than 12 days prior to cruise departure or the passenger does not show on the cruise departure, Mekong Kingdoms shall charge the cancellation fee at the rate of 100% of total Package prices.
30% of payment is required to confirm reservation and is non-refundable

Children Policy

Baby cots for infants from 0-4 years old are available on request at USD 50 nett per trip.
3rd Person supplemental charge at USD 1,600 nett in the Deluxe Twin Suite is allowed for child from 5 years old of age and above.
